Thank goodness for Well Doctor, LLC! We were without water since last night! Being without water is not easy! We called Well Doctor today, and their on call customer service professional was excellent! She gave an approximation of when their experts could come and service our home. They called and showed up as promised! Hudson and Cameron diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, and delivered within one hour! We are so grateful for their professionalism and their expert service! It is not easy finding a well service/plumber on a Sunday! Hudson and Cameron exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend their services!

Our water quit running after lightning struck near our well last week. We called our go to "fix it all handyman guy" and he replaced the well pump switch which had gotten fried. The pump still would not work so we feared the worst. We called Well Doctor and they came out just a few hours later. Mickey & Jeremy took a look and after just adjusting the switch and checking our power sources, they got it to work! What we really appreciate is their honesty, as they could have claimed that there were other things wrong. We could have been charged much more. Secondly, we were impressed with the fast response time. Everyone knows how awful it is to not have water after something like this so we can't thank them enough. Also, they were very nice guys and personable. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that are honest and reliable. Very Happy with the work of Naoh & Joe. Showed great professionalism. Had no water on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Came in that afternoon and performed all the diagnostic to determine the issue. Came back less then 24 hours with all needed replacement parts. Replaced a system from 2007 & checked the new system in about 2 hours.

We were suddenly without water on a Sunday. Called our friend to find out who to call. He immediately said Well Doctor. Called and they were here within 2 hours coming from quite a distance. Had to have a new pump. Ended up having to have our electric line taken down and huge tree due to having to have to use a crane and Mickey and his partner were on it. Mountain Electric came out and tree was taken down. All taken care of. Mickey and his partner took care of everything and they hauled the tree debris away. Definitely would recommend Well Doctor. They called several times to make sure everything was ok.

Last week my well stopped working, a vendor I had used for 27 years informed they could not help quickly. They recommended that I call Well Doctor. I did. I was in a real bind, the representatives from Well Doctor showed concern and got a Truck Crew to the sight that afternoon. Noah was the Representative, he diagnosed and with consultation with his manager suggested that I use an entirely different system to operate our well. Later I was called by the owner who went over in detail their experience with the Variable Speed Constant Pressure system. By morning I had a quote and they came out that morning, by that afternoon I had water and it is a week later operating great. With my purchase I received a long warranty from the Company. I am a very happy with the Service provided by Well Doctor. Their office as well as Noah reached out to me the next day to see if all was working well. I would recommend others to use this service. They are professional and good!!!

Recently had a well pump fail, and well doctor came out replace replaced it same day. Technicians were kind, very knowledgeable about their trade and had the job done in a timely manner.

Ripping people off!😡 Your men came out yesterday and told us we had a bad pump and bad pressure tank and it would be almost $6000 to replace both. I thought that was too expensive to even consider. This morning I called another company to get another quote. Turns out the only thing wrong was a pressure switch on the tank-a $40 part! How do you all sleep at night knowing you are ripping people off?

I called Well Doctor in the late afternoon when I found out my water pressure disappeared! Noah and Chris looked at my well system and explained to me my well pump and pressure tank was bad and needed to be replaced. They were great! They took care of the issue and replaced the well pump and pressure tank. I am very thankful and pleased with their work. I am glad I called Well Doctor when I did.
