I had Noah and Chris pull my daughter well today They were excellent service guys and very knowledgeable. You should be proud of this guys they work very hard and the cold conditions they had to work in. They never complain and took pride in the work they did. Excellent customer service.

We highly recommend the Well Doctor. Our well quit working and we had no water on a Thursday. Not knowing who to contact and googling where we could get help quickly, our search directed us to Well Doctor. We contacted them and they had someone out to assess within a few hours. Noah and Chris were sent to the job. They reviewed and quickly identified what was wrong and provided their suggestion of resolution and a quote. After review we accepted and we were back with water within the week. Noah and Chris were amazing! They explained every detail and when they hit an issue, quickly resolved until our water was running again. Both were very knowledgeable and efficient. The job was completed quickly once the work began. All in all it was a great experience and recommend Well Doctor for your well repair needs.

Noah and Chris were fantastic at getting our water back up and running! Our water went out on Saturday evening and they were at our door by 8am on Sunday. They replaced our pressure tank, switch and well pump within 3 hours. We had water service back on by lunchtime. Highly recommend.

No water emergency
On 10/24 @ 4pm (Friday) the water main between the well and the house broke and water was pouring in the basement. Cut power to the pump and called Well Dr. Noah & Chris were on-site at 8:30am (Saturday). They got a temporary fix in place (until utilities can be located on Monday) and installed a new water tank while here. All before noon. Very courteous and professional.

Noah and Chris just finished replacing our pump and wiring , as well as a new well head assembly. Their work went flawlessly . they explained what the problem was and what my options were. They gave me their recommendation.
They are very professional in all aspects of their work. More than that, they gave me a feeling of trust.
Noah and Chris know what they are doing and that is rare when dealing with service contractors.

Noah and Chris were fantastic, I want to say Alex is the guy who originally came out to quote, but they couldn’t have been better. They are also the only company that suggested replacing the hardware leading to the pressure tank which was definitely some preventative maintenance that was due.
Anyway, great guys, they’re the go to, happy to have some guys who are friendly and take care of business.

Got up on a Sunday morning with no water. Was not sure why. A call at 9:00AM, and we had a new well pump and water running by 2:00. Did not believe it would happen that fast. Repair crew was very cordial, clean and got us running very quick. Hard to beat !!!

Our technician, Michael and his helper, did a phenomenal job installing our new well equipment, electrical conduits and water line. They arrived on time as scheduled; they had all the parts, equipment and materials required to complete the trenching and installation in the truck and worked diligently to complete the work in the allotted time. They explained the process, asked clarifying questions about our end use needs and tailored the installation to facilitate our needs. Michael cleaned up the site when they were done and Tessa Miller at the office followed up to confirm everything was to our satisfaction. I would recommend Well Doctors without hesitation.
