We have been working with Computer Solutions since 2019. I cannot sing their praises enough! Jon and his team are professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and incredibly responsive every time we reach out. Jon worked very closely with me to troubleshoot our entire network and phone system and get us running smoothly. They have always been honest with what our needs are and help us get the most out of our equipment and services. Computer Solutions is quick to respond to any inquiry or concern we may have no matter how large or small the issue is. They are extremely diligent in the work that they do and routinely go above and beyond in the level of service they provide. Each of their staff members is very knowledgeable about what they do. They have developed a great understanding of our personal business needs, and I do not know what I would do without them. Computer Solutions treat us as if we were their only customer and will take the time necessary to address our needs. I also appreciate how much they recognize and value their employees. Our business has used computer solutions for a long time and I love them! Nicolina is incredible very knowledgeable! She is always there when I needed her and John love that guy. They have guided me with swapping out servers and setting computers up. Sometime being on the phone with me all day as we figure out crashes that happen on our side. Computer Solutions was fantastic! They were trustworthy, dependable to have around our workplace, and actually helpful with ideas. They were able to set up the necessary ethernet cable (from the server rack to the workstations and conference rooms, for example) and check that the ethernet switches were operational. They went above and beyond by verifying the connection beneath each of our desks and identifying the wire appropriately. When we asked them to help our small business, this is precisely what we had hoped for. For any future cabling, wiring, or communication needs, I will contact them again. Highly recommended!
