Gabe was super enthusiastic and fun. He led us in a constructive way without giving away hints too easily. What a fun time. Ask for bandit when you arrive. You will not regret it thank you to the wonderful staff for an amazing adventure. By far best escape room i’ve been too.

Ali was great! Check in and instructions were clear and direct and our session went smoothly! Had a lot of fun and working as a team with my group of friends to crack the codes! Ali was there with tips and tricks when we did get stuck. In overall, it was a good time and I would recommend lockbox Escape Rooms.

Went to mystical magic emporium and I gotta say that I was very disappointed. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was definitely way below expectations. This is a single room experience with like 10 locks that you need to unlock either with a key or with a code. Many clues are simply unnecessary while others are very vague. It was 3 of us in this room and most of the times only one person was doing something. Definitely worst escape room I have ever been to, no clue how they got 4.9/5 on google

We did the Mystical Magic Emporium room and it was pretty bad. First of all, from the name and the banner of the room, I thought that it was gonna be with magic as in wizards, not as in magicians with cards and tricks. The room looked super old and uninteresting, like being decorated by a kid. The props were broken and the premise of the room was just stupid, maybe 5 year old kids enjoy it. There was no clear sequence and some of the keys were just hidden with no apparent reason. The staff was nice but the room was terrible. I doubt that the other rooms are better, cus all the props and technology in this room looked like from the 1990s. No idea how this place has 4.9 stars.
