Young man in shop called Raff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about surfboards. Another worker was also extremely helpful in calling my lost phone. Thank you very much A great range of boards and great staff

Went in to buy a surfboard from Welcome and Gus had all the knowledge and tips on what i should get, now i am the happy owner of a new Inferno 72. Would highly recommend these guys!!

Had the best experience coming into here to try and hire ski boots - the gentlemen (forgot to grab his name, man with the beanie) made us feel so comfortable and welcome, let us try on Snowboard boots even though they don't hire them out and cared about our experience over just getting a sale.

I had the best customer service experience when a helmet I bought broke. The staff was very helpful in providing warranty services. I was an online customer, and the staff on the phone and through emails were so kind and friendly. 100% would shop here again!
