This hot air balloon company is an absolute scam. We were lured in by promises of stunning views of the pyramids, but what we got was a complete rip-off. The view was so distant and hazy that it was barely even recognizable. We felt cheated and misled. To add insult to injury, the staff's indifference to our complaints was appalling. They clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company – they'll ruin your trip and leave you feeling frustrated and disappointed.
