Best BMW specialist in the Tampa area. Very professional, cost competitive and fast service. I had them overhaul the brake systems, replace all fluids and install a short shifter. I’ll be using them for new coilovers and alignment. Just ask for Alexander for courteous service.

Worst place ever! I spent over $3,000 to have my Mini Cooper serviced and less than a year later the same valve cover gasket had to be replaced and when Fox motor did it, they didn't bother to replace the plug seals! When I called Fox motor they said they would honor the warranty on the valve cover gasket but if anything else is wrong that would be on me! If they would have done the job correctly and put the spark plug seals in, I wouldn't have had to just spend $1,472 to have a new valve cover gasket put in, plug seals put in, new plugs because the new ones burned out because they didn't do the job correctly to begin with, and new coils because they didn't do the job correctly the first time as well! I would not send my worst enemy to this shop!!! Worst experience ever and never ever again! Find a better shop there are a lot more better ones out there, I can assure you!

Hello Ms. Davis. The valve cover with us cost you $680. The spark plug seals come as part of the new valve cover. The repair is covered for 2 years. I called you and left a voicemail. If you had brought the car back to us we would have paid for the spark plugs and ignition coils if they were damaged by the valve cover leaking.

Every affordable, and extremely quick. I had the plugs and coils replaced on my BMW 5 Series and they did it in about an hour. The waiting room was extremely clean and the entire staff could not have been better. Very happy to have found this shop.

A very professional group of service technicians who are very knowledgeable about the BMW automotive service needs. All their staff treats you in a very professional manner and with a smile. They have earned my trust to be my service technician for all my BMW needs. As an update I would like to add for my recent service that their reservation system is simple and they responds to any questions or concerns for my car service. Service is thorough and quick which I appreciate. Also they have a relaxing waiting area with free coffee and snacks available while you wait. Prices are reasonable without affecting quality of work.

I just had my struts replaced and they use Bilstein which is considered better than the original BMW struts in terms of performance. Bilsteins are made in Germany. I live in Davenport and no repair facility in my area that I had previous experience with have access to ,Bilstein, most likely because of distributors they use. Fox Bimmers is known for doing the job right the first time and is cheaper than dealing with the dealership. I do not like however they charge a service fee for using a credit card which is not my experience with other facilities I have dealt with including Fields BMW.
