Will Never be Going Back to Wedgwood Insurance Definitely would not recommend Wedgwood Insurance. They are notoriously difficult to get a hold of and their customer service is horrible. At one point they completely ignored my phone calls and chose to reply via email, even though a call was my preferred method of communication. I was ill informed about the refund I would be getting back upon insurance cancellation and lost a substantial amount of money. They'll catch you in any loophole they can get.

I have been a client with Wedgewood for as long as I can remember. Vehicle, motorcycle, quad and house insured there. No claims ever. No tickets or anything on drivers abstract. Purchased new truck and insurance went up $1100. So much for taking care of clients!!!!!

I hear you on the frustration with the increase after adding the new truck. Vehicle changes can move a premium more than people expect, even with a great record, since rating is based on a lot of factors outside our control (the vehicle itself, its rating class, market trends). But that doesn't make it less frustrating to see, and we'd like to look into your policy specifically rather than guess here.
