Deciding on Wedding Crafters was one of my best decision made for my wedding - all their gowns were beautiful, with a variety of vibes to choose from and the lace details on the dress and on the train were immaculate. I also had the opportunity to try the gowns during the multiple launches over the year and received assistance from different associates and they were all extremely helpful, patient and encouraging :) had a wonderful experience with wedding crafters, highly recommend!!
Had a great experience renting my AD gowns from Wedding Crafters. The ladies who assisted me (shoutout to Joyce and Rachel)
were very patient, helpful and friendly. Communication was also very smooth as well - would receive a whatsapp on reminder of fitting sessions, and detailed information on my choices, what to bring etc. Overall the whole process from rental, collection to returning was very smooth and service was excellent. No issues with my gown, and I had a lot of compliments on it too. Gowns were comfortable, not too heavy, and very beautiful. Will definitely recommend a trip down for any BTBs!
Super love all their dresses. Was attended to by Rachel for 2 of my fittings and she was lovely. She was very patient and gave us space when we needed, only stepping in to give her thoughts when I looked stuck on a decision for the dress.
The studio was a very nice intimate space. Since it's by appointment only, the studio does not get crowded. Overall I felt very at ease during all of my fitting sessions.
The dress I picked (Ellery with detachable wings) was super pretty and it worked so well for the pre wedding shoot.

had a lovely experience with wan lin for gown fitting today! wasn’t even the one trying on the gowns but she was so patient and helpful the whole time; made the experience especially warm and memorable. gowns are so intricate and detailed as well, with a wide selection of looks :)). thank you wedding crafters for making the experience such a special one!

The team at wedding crafters made the entire process so seamless and stress-free. They were incredibly patient during the fitting sessions and have a great eye for recommending gowns based on your choices. Had a great experience renting gowns from Wedding Crafters for my AD ☺️ Wan Lin assisted me on my first appointment. Although I was still unsure of the type of gowns I wanted at that point, Wan Lin was patient in explaining the different silhouettes and gave great recommendations on the gowns that could suit my body type. I didn’t manage to get the names of the ladies who assisted me in my subsequent appointments but each and everyone of them were very reassuring and were able to assist me in the best way possible ☺️ I also liked that there were launches every quarter, which allowed me to explore new options. Even during the final fitting, the team was very thoughtful and would always check in with me to ensure that the gowns fit me perfectly & that it’s easy to walk in them. That gave me the confidence to navigate in my gowns during my AD. Thank you to the Wedding Crafters team!
Really love the broad gown selections and perks offered by WC! Got to attend 2 vip launches before my ad and had fun trying the new gowns launched each time. The ultimate gems tho were the girls, was assisted by Stella, Wan Lin, and Joyce on different visits. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and also offered opinions to help me find a suitable fit. Really appreciate their attention to detail and effort to make me look my best! 😊❤️
From the very beginning, Rachel made the entire gown selection process such a joy. Her recommendations were thoughtful and perfectly aligned with what I envisioned, but what stood out even more was her genuine friendliness and sincerity. Got 2 gowns from TWC for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! The studio was clean and comfy and offered a wide range of A-line and mermaid silhouettes which I was searching for. They also launch new collections quarterly, which I looked forward to eagerly! Despite trying on dozens of gowns from the different collections, I still stuck with my original selection of Yasmin and Eunice. Yet, the girls at TWC were so patient in helping me into each gown and made great recommendations. When it came to the fitting, they were really meticulous too and even taught my bridesmaids how to properly put on the gown. The gowns looked absolutely gorgeous and were surprisingly quite comfortable to wear! Overall a 10/10 experience!
The best one I have visited, I managed to get 2nd gown mermaid dress from them and it’s so pretty!! 😍 Rachel helped me with entire process and the service from whole team is impeccable! No negative comments at all. Terrific job wedding crafter! Price point is very reasonable yet customer service from Rachel is what had hooked me to get the gown from them after wandering around for 10 bridal studios ! Highly highly highly recommend.
