Had a great experience renting my AD gowns from Wedding Crafters. The ladies who assisted me (shoutout to Joyce and Rachel) were very patient, helpful and friendly. Communication was also very smooth as well - would receive a whatsapp on reminder of fitting sessions, and detailed information on my choices, what to bring etc. Overall the whole process from rental, collection to returning was very smooth and service was excellent. No issues with my gown, and I had a lot of compliments on it too. Gowns were comfortable, not too heavy, and very beautiful. Will definitely recommend a trip down for any BTBs!

Super love all their dresses. Was attended to by Rachel for 2 of my fittings and she was lovely. She was very patient and gave us space when we needed, only stepping in to give her thoughts when I looked stuck on a decision for the dress. The studio was a very nice intimate space. Since it's by appointment only, the studio does not get crowded. Overall I felt very at ease during all of my fitting sessions. The dress I picked (Ellery with detachable wings) was super pretty and it worked so well for the pre wedding shoot. Super highly recommend!

had a lovely experience with wan lin for gown fitting today! wasn’t even the one trying on the gowns but she was so patient and helpful the whole time; made the experience especially warm and memorable. gowns are so intricate and detailed as well, with a wide selection of looks :)). thank you wedding crafters for making the experience such a special one!

Had a great experience renting gowns from Wedding Crafters for my AD ☺️ Wan Lin assisted me on my first appointment. Although I was still unsure of the type of gowns I wanted at that point, Wan Lin was patient in explaining the different silhouettes and gave great recommendations on the gowns that could suit my body type. I didn’t manage to get the names of the ladies who assisted me in my subsequent appointments but each and everyone of them were very reassuring and were able to assist me in the best way possible ☺️ I also liked that there were launches every quarter, which allowed me to explore new options. Even during the final fitting, the team was very thoughtful and would always check in with me to ensure that the gowns fit me perfectly & that it’s easy to walk in them. That gave me the confidence to navigate in my gowns during my AD. Thank you to the Wedding Crafters team!

Really love the broad gown selections and perks offered by WC! Got to attend 2 vip launches before my ad and had fun trying the new gowns launched each time. The ultimate gems tho were the girls, was assisted by Stella, Wan Lin, and Joyce on different visits. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable, and also offered opinions to help me find a suitable fit. Really appreciate their attention to detail and effort to make me look my best! 😊❤️

Got 2 gowns from TWC for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! The studio was clean and comfy and offered a wide range of A-line and mermaid silhouettes which I was searching for. They also launch new collections quarterly, which I looked forward to eagerly! Despite trying on dozens of gowns from the different collections, I still stuck with my original selection of Yasmin and Eunice. Yet, the girls at TWC were so patient in helping me into each gown and made great recommendations. When it came to the fitting, they were really meticulous too and even taught my bridesmaids how to properly put on the gown. The gowns looked absolutely gorgeous and were surprisingly quite comfortable to wear! Overall a 10/10 experience!

The best one I have visited, I managed to get 2nd gown mermaid dress from them and it’s so pretty!! 😍 Rachel helped me with entire process and the service from whole team is impeccable! No negative comments at all. Terrific job wedding crafter! Price point is very reasonable yet customer service from Rachel is what had hooked me to get the gown from them after wandering around for 10 bridal studios ! Highly highly highly recommend.

My experience in wedding crafters was unparalleled. Even though I didn’t proceed to rent a gown with them, there was no hard selling and especially Wan Lin’s service was absolutely impeccable. She was patient, kind, gave very helpful feedback and had a great eye for picking out what would look good on me. She worked tirelessly to help me into gowns and I’ve had bad experiences in other gown studios but my experience here is something I’ll always treasure! Thank you Wan Lin for shaping my experience beautifully and helping me find joy in the process again :)

Rented 2 gowns from the WeddingCrafters team and loved the entire experience ❤️ Wan Lin was amazing in recommending dresses and helping me get in and out of the dresses during my trial and fittings. The in-house seamstresses also were wonderful in customizing the size just right for my actual day. Spacious and clean studio, with seating for +1s to accompany you to the appointments. Definitely recommend for those looking for minimal, lace dresses, mermaid / a-lines, lightweight and easy to move in. 👍👍

I rented 2 gowns from WC and they both received so many praises on my wedding day! They altered the gowns so well and I really love their minimalist yet very very elegant designs! Quality of the gowns were amazing too (plus points for the zip closures for all their gowns!!!) 🤩 During my visits, I was served by Rachel (for my first appointment) and subsequently by Wan Lin. Both of them have been super friendly and helpful, and it was such a pleasant experience each time I head down :) Wan Lin is very experienced and very kindly helped to adjust the gowns to fit me best, even gently offering candid opinions to help me with my decisions. Jason was also very prompt in replying any queries on WhatsApp. All of them went above and beyond to serve my then-fiancé and I, and we were both so amazed by the service :) Would highly recommend any brides looking for gowns to go with Wedding Crafters!

I visited a few bridal shops after Wedding Crafters, and in hindsight, they were truly the best experience. Trying on wedding dresses is such a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and they never made me feel like just another appointment. The person who attended to me was warm, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find something that I really liked. More than anything, I could really feel how much she tried to make me comfortable and at ease. There was no pressure, no rushing, and none of the jaded energy I experienced elsewhere — just sincere care and enthusiasm. Huge thank you to my bridal consultant (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) for making it a 10/10 visit. Even my recently married friend who came along said she wished she had gotten her gown here!

Accompanied a friend to shop for her wedding gowns. Great ambience and very pleasant experience. They offer a wide selection of beautiful, elegant gowns that are both classy and timeless. Out of all the bridal shops we've visited, this one stands out for its exceptional service. A special shoutout to Wan Ling, who was absolutely fantastic. She truly listened to what my friend wanted and offered insightful recommendations without ever being pushy. Her patience and professionalism made the experience so much more relaxed and fun.
