I'm genuinely surprised this store has a five-star rating, as my experience this afternoon was quite disappointing. I was assisted by Jason when I came in with some questions about my bill. Right away, he asked if I had a copy of it. I didn’t, assuming—as most would—that store agents can access account details from their systems. Instead, he had me use my phone to look everything up and continued to rely on that throughout the interaction.
What stood out even more was his impatient attitude. He frequently interrupted me while I was trying to explain my concerns, which made the experience feel rushed and frustrating. At one point, I noticed he was playing a computer game at his station—which not only felt unprofessional, but also explained his unwillingness to check my account on his work station and his overall impatience. It seemed like he just wanted to get back to his game.
Overall, I left the store feeling unheard and unsupported. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
