This is the 2nd time I have used Christian and his team..I can't recommend them enough they do an absolute amazing job from start till finish ..so polite and helpful and they never stop working all day ..they definitely take the stress out of moving ..definitely the best removal firm in the northwest and very reasonable on price..thanks again guys

Absolutely furious, booked a short notice move with these guys who demanded 50% deposit. When the move then couldn’t happen they refused to refund any of the deposit and wouldn’t hold it for rescheduling.

To clarify, deposits are required to secure bookings, especially for moves where we allocate staff, vehicles, and turn away other enquiries for that date. This is explained at the time of booking.
In this case, the move was cancelled at around 4pm the day before your move and unfortunately we were unable to refill the slot. As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact, which is why deposits are non-refundable in these circumstances.
We always aim to be fair and reasonable wherever possible, and we’re sorry we couldn’t reach a resolution on this occasion.

This is the second time we have used Flexi Removals. And we will be using them again soon! Christian came to assess the job and gave us some good advice also. Joe and Lee who moved our things are real life supermen. Where they get that strength from to lift everything we challenged them with I'll never know! And always with a smile on their faces. They were prompt, efficient, and never stopped working. Nothing phased them. They made the move so much easier for us. Thanks lads!

Christian and the team, 4 of them, were Outstanding. They gave us advice on when we should move and the reasons why we should wait until after completion to book the move. They started early morning and never stopped till they finished. All very professional.
The furniture was wrapped up to protect it.
Very impressed with this team of people.

Just wanted to thank Izzy for the work done today installing new EV charger. She arrived as advised at 8.30am and cracked on with the install despite the -8 deg temp. Installed exactly as requested and left the job tidy. Thanks also to Nick and the Gizzi team for the upfront planning etc. Highly recommended.

OUTSTANDING in every element from booking to moving.
Christian is brilliant and extremely understanding, with an absolute 5* team (I'd certainly say 10*) with 100% effort from all the team of lads. Great care and strength was needed in the move and it was presented in bucket loads.
We would certainly highly recommend this team, I would say we would use again, but we don't want moving again - but if you want a hassle free, caring, insured and thoroughly great team to actually move you, BOOK THESE GUYS.

We used flexi removals a couple of weeks ago for our house move. Christian was superb, from the initial quote, convenience of offering boxes and Joe and Lee on the day of the move were professional and hard working.
