If I could give zero stars I would. My permanent retainer broke on my top teeth after 20 years so I went to have them take it off because three years ago same thing happened to my bottom teeth. Which they were wonderful, took it off and gave me a clear one free of charge. Today went in for same thing to the top teeth and wanted to charge me $400. They stated the contracts only cover the retainer for 2 years. I asked if they had a copy of my contract, they did not. Then said insurance may cover it. When I asked to run my insurance they said they don’t do that, that I would have to pay out of pocket and then submit reimbursement through insurance. Long story short my dentist is doing it for $150. Customer service was horrible.

After posting this review, they did contact me to review the whole situation. They were very understanding and apologetic for the whole situation. After speaking with them, it reminded me why I have always loved them and referred family and friends to them since being a patient 20 years ago. All said and done, I would still recommend them to anyone inquiring.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! They did my braces service and they did my daughter her teeth are gorgeous!! We love all the drs STACY IS OUR GIRL !!!!!!! We love Stacy

I had Invisalign and I am SO HAPPY with my results!! Scheduling appointments was easy and treatment went according to the timeline I was given! My teeth were shifting and they fixed it no problem. Really happy with my smile!!!!

Everyone in the office is always kind! Being an adult with braces for the first time was intimidating but they make it feel normal! Always very clean & good waiting times.

This place is super quick and easy. My appointments take about 5-10 minutes, it’s also very easy to schedule appointments and they work very well around you. I have had no problems here. They make it such a good experience for you!
