Our 23 year old Maple has been battered by severe winds the past several years, so she needed a good pruning. The whole Croft team was amazing. They were early and professional, cleaning up after themselves beautifully. The gentleman up the tree is an artist, opening up the canopy of the tree, and removing damaged or sucker branches. He did an amazing job.
We have a covered Koi pond, and they were very careful around it not damaging anything. We will have them back to work on another tree for us in the spring for sure to remove a couple of trees and prune another.

As someone who’s usually nervous about dental visits, this clinic has made my experience so much easier. The reception team always makes me feel super welcome, and the dentist, dental assistant and dental hygienists are always gentle and make sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointments. Incredible experience today with Dr. Hanbo. He is the 6th doctor I have seen for my condition and formulated a plan for me on the first appointment. We were very impressed Croft's initial responsiveness for a quote, for the price they quoted, and most importantly for their professionalism while onsite trimming our maples. The trees look amazing. We would highly recommend this company.
I purchased a new home in the spring of 2025 with a huge, beautiful, 50+ year old oak in the yard. This tree has survived the ice storm, tornado, and derecho and I want to make sure it has the best chance to survive the next 50+ years. I called around to a few arborists and the Croft team was by far the best experience. Quick and thorough responses to questions from start to finish. Estimator arrived as scheduled and took the time to explain the process and options. I never felt rushed or pressured.
The crew was just as good! They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were respectful of the landscaping and gardens around the tree. The work was efficient and clean up excellent. Post work the arborist explained what was done and what to do in the coming years to care for the tree. Including that as long as the tree was healthy there wouldn't be a need for them to come back for 4-5 years. He could have said 'see you 2 years from now' and I wouldn't have known better. It really feels like they care about doing good work instead of just selling.
Follow up from the office continued excellent. Invoicing was as quoted, timely, no surprises, no on site changes. The tree is starting to leaf out this year and is looking amazing.
I can highly recommend Croft Tree Experts and I will absolutely be calling them back (if only 4 - 5 years from now).
