I got the sando and some chicken tenders. Everything tasted amazing. The french fries or excellent and crispy. The chicken was crispy. If I was to leave some nitpicks. I would say it could be spicier. And if you get the sando eat it quick, The sauce will soak in and take away some of that crisp. I did give four stars to service an atmosphere. It's a food truck so there's not much in the way of service It was quick and they were polite. Atmosphere really isn't on them because it's food truck. I will say it wasn't the best maintained area. I've got 100% chance of going back at some point.
I am a delivery driver for the area. Today I went to pick up an order and the couple working in the truck refused to give me the order. We have to take a picture with the food and receipt. We have to verify it is the right order. The man working in the truck yelled at me and the woman refused to give me the food until I marked it as picked up. I did not have the food nor the receipt to verify the order. I had to scream back at them to get the customers order. Just because the food might be good, doesn't mean the service is. If you are not going to treat the delivery drivers like humans then why set up delivery.

I just checked the footage on the camera and heard the recording of this incident and not once my employees yelled or screamed at you. You were the one was actually rude to them not complying and arguing not wanting to confirm the pick up of the order, which is a process done by all the drivers to protect us from orders being stolen, as it had happened many times before.
I also just got off the phone with DoorDash merchant support and informed them about this issue and the one star review you left to hurt our business and they advised me to give you a chance to remove this review, and if you don’t agree to remove this review then action will be taken and your DoorDash account will be reported and deactivated for harassing our business and spreading false negative reviews. We have your name and DoorDash account number and if this review doesn’t get taken down we will be perusing immediate action with DoorDash to have your driving account suspended for violating DoorDash’s policies.

My family and I popped up at the food truck park last week and grabbed some food from Birdside. The food was made fresh!!! Chicken and wings were very crispy! The fries were delicious and the customer service was even better! Definitely check it out if you’re a fan of wings… my nephew gave the hot chicken a 4.5 but moved it to a 5 as he kept eating lol… My sister said the hot honey wings and soy garlic wings were so good, too… I’m not a big fan of hot chicken so idk why I ordered hot chicken wings 😂 but the garlic Parmesan wings were good. Overall, the mac n cheese was the only item we didn’t finish… We all decided we would come back again.
Shared a meal for two people:
(8) wings, of which half were lemon pepper and half were spicy maple buffalo
(2) tenders, medium spicy
(1) sandwich combo, mild spicy
(1) side of mac and cheese
Everything was incredible. I’m not a huge fan of Buffalo because it tastes too vinegary, but my wife liked it which is a testament to good Buffalo. Lemon pepper wings were incredible, sandwich was the best I’ve had since Popeyes started beefing with Chick-fil-A, and the tenders were immaculate. Fries were perfectly crispy and the tenders were as good as any I’ve ever had.
Worth the 30 minute drive and every penny.

5/5 stars! I recently visited Birdside, and I'm hooked! The chicken tenders were piping hot and incredibly flavorful. I opted for two extra sauces, which took my meal to the next level !
The fries were also piping hot and cooked to perfection. The guy there was friendly and efficient. Overall, I'm so impressed with Birdside and can't wait to go back!

Easily the best chicken in Houston. I ordered a large order for my party from birdside, not only did they accommodate me with a great price, they made the food fresh and tender. Everyone at my party loved the chicken and asked for the location of the restaurant afterwards. We will be returning customers to this great restaurant, guaranteed.

Everything was fresh and hot and the customer service is on point. I even met the other cooks and they already know what I wanted when I pull up. Food hot and fresh, Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't have come here unless this place was open until 1am and I'm glad I did. The Sando is awesome. The chicken is super crispy, the slaw and sauce is rich, and the fries are actually the best fries I've ever had. Bar none. I've had a lot of french fries from a lot of places, and nobody comes close. I could write a love song about how good their regular seasoned fries are. I was seriously looking forward to eating the fries after I finished the sando. Fkn delicious.

I change my mind the food here is always fresh and honestly I’ve never had a problem since the first time really tasty and the wings were super flavorful might be a regular coming here
