They made it clear that our needs came first. They explained the problem and the scope of the work in detail and provided before and after photos.
Time will tell how well the job was done , but we are confident that they will resolve any issues that arise.

We are very happy with Roofworx. Sam came out to give us an estimate, and he was very helpful & genuine, and he addressed exactly what we needed - he didn't push for additional work like another company did. Throughout the whole process, Sam took the time to explain things & answer questions, and he was quick to respond to texts & e-mails. The person who did the work was courteous, friendly & professional. He went above & beyond in his work to make us happy. After the work was completed, Sam provided before & after photos of our roof & gutters, and he came by the house to check in on us & review what was done.
I had a small leak on my low-pitch shingle roof and contacted Roofworx Inc. for an inspection. After a thorough evaluation, they explained that the issue was caused by improper roofing materials being used for a low-slope application. Instead of just patching it, they recommended the correct solution: installing a modified bitumen roofing system designed specifically for low-pitch roofs. They clearly explained why shingles are not ideal for low-slope areas and why modified bitumen would provide better waterproofing and long-term protection. The installation was done efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Since the repair, we’ve had no leaks at all. I really appreciate their transparency and expertise. While we ended up going in a difference direction with our project, I wanted to leave a quick review for a great experience with Vlad as we were going through the quote process. Vlad came out quickly to inpsect the roof. He took pictures and gave us a very detailed assessment of our roof and the pros/cons of localized repair vs replacement. He patiently answered any questions I had and explained his recommendations and his execution plan. Everything felt very professional and based on evidence without any pressure. We ended up going in a different direction to particular things about our specific roof, however I would not hesitate to work with Vlad should any roofing issues arise in the future.
We had the best experience working with Roofworx. From the first call to schedule someone to come out and ispect my roof, to the installation and communication throughout the process, the customer service and quality were top notch.
