We are truly sorry this situation ended the way it did. The root cause was a project initiated under the incorrect address details provided by the scheduling client, who lives out of town. We were incredibly concerned that this discrepancy was not caught in the weeks prior to the day of installation during our numerous phone consultations and photo documentation sharing with your neighboring homeowner.

The instant we discovered the error, we took immediate action to resolve it: we halted work completely until we consulted with you directly, and we completed your roof at no cost to you, using the same high-quality materials and workmanship we use on every job, and offered to change the shingle color to whatever you preferred. We were very appreciative of your understanding upon discovering this error.

When you told us about your concerns regarding odors in the home, we came back out on two occasions to promptly inspect both the roof and the interior of your home at no charge, but found no roofing-related issues. We encouraged you to call us anytime if anything changed or if a third-party inspector indicated the roof was at fault, and we meant it.

Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty exists exactly for these situations. We're sorry we didn't get the chance to use it here. Our door is open if any problems persist and you'd ever like us to take another look.
