The tech, Erik, who came today did a thorough evaluation of the system and ultimately found it working properly. He was very respectful and did a great job. Because I am a member of their maintenance plan there was no charge for the visit either so that was a major plus!
3/23/26. David Thomas was the tech assigned today. He was young but did a great job explaining to me where and how to flush the system so I could relay that to my son and was very thorough including with the unit upstairs on the roof. I made a great choice purchasing the maintenance plan for my son from Weather Engineers:-)
