my benchmark is always how a team handles the moment something goes wrong 💪 had that test about six weeks in. they handled it well — acknowledged quickly, fixed it properly, checked back after. only reason i'm not giving five stars is it took one extra nudge from me to get things moving. but the resolution itself was solid 🇨🇦

found them through a recommendation online and took a chance 😊 turned out to be one of the better decisions i've made recently. team is sharp, always available and genuinely helpful. only thing i'd flag is that the onboarding could be a bit more guided for newcomers — had to figure out a few things on my own. nothing serious though 👍

been using this for a few months now and the experience has been consistently good 🙌 team is responsive, friendly and never makes you feel like a burden. only thing i'd mention is that the platform has the occasional slow loading moment — not a dealbreaker but noticeable. people behind it more than make up for it though
