Richard at WDTP led me through one hour of training on our website and I can now do pretty much anything to maintain it or add to it! And if I can't, I email him with an "I'm stuck" and either he calls me, sends me exact directions or if time is an issue, will do it for me. He's just the best and makes it very easy to do edits - which happen frequently. Plus, he's just a great guy with a lot of patience. I really appreciate their expertise in all things web.

Rich and his crew at WDTP are an outstanding group to work with. I build pools, I know very little about websites and hosting and all the technical stuff that goes with that. Rich is amazing. He built us a website and synchronized all my devices to my phones for perfect service, he even walked me through some tech stuff to reinstall my mail to my new phone at 7:30 one night. If you’re like me, know your trade but don’t know the internet and tech stuff. Rich is your man. Now I wouldn’t expect after hours stuff from anyone but that’s just what I got and what I get every time I have questions or need help. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Rich at WDTP. Or maybe catch him between sets, he’s an incredible musician too and his band plays places in the Burg. I just wish we could give a 10 Star review but he’s certainly got our 5 stars! WDTP is a terrific small business! Richard Tisdale is a former engineer turned web site developer that is the owner. We had the need of a new website for our homeowner's association. We looked nationwide and locally and chose WDTP. Richard listened carefully to what we needed, came up with a basic design, and worked with us step-by-step to get to the finished product. The price was very reasonable, and, best of all, WDTP is local and available for future iterations. No long-distance calls with fixed format, ever-changing consultants. We have someone available and highly qualified to advise us. Kudos to WDTP.

The time came to update our website theme after experiencing multiple website crashes and "lost" data. Rich was extremely helpful in explaining the issues and how to resolve them. He was able to recover a plethora of information that was corrupted. He provided a very detailed schedule of work and specifics of what I needed to provide to him for the new website. He finished ahead of schedule. A few tweaks were needed and he corrected them almost immediately. I was pleased to be able to ask the dumb questions and appreciated his patience and very personal service. We highly recommend WDTP for the tech needs of a web based business.
