after several orders with Wcc here is the good the bad and the ugly
GOOD selection DECENT prices
BAD a few mistakes were made with my orders/items were short/free gifts not included and gifts to replace those forgotten even tho notes were added to my account/weights were light /cash purchases were refunded with points to account
UGLY points can not be used in conjunction with other coupons or sale items..the cash i used could have been ? after a few mistakes in my orders i was told from now on to video unbox my orders if i wanted any resolution to mistakes and was told by some customer service reps rather than replace/appease my problems that they could easily cancel my orders if i was not happy.....oh and the free pre rolls are crap shake that falls out the joints before it even arrives
