Jason came and replaced my thermostat. The programmable thermostat was not communicating properly with the furnace. He quickly diagnosed this and replaced a new thermostat now working well communicating with the furnace and I have heat!!!!

He had the tools necessary to complete work then and there and threw in system maintenance to get everything done at once.
