Fantastic week! We had a fantastic week with our family of four (kids are college students) and our captain. I love working with boutique companies. They were fantastic from start to finish. My husband and i have sailed twice before with a different outfit and this was by far our best experience and our first with a captain. We stayed in Nanny Cay the night before in the hotel (we did not have the option to sleep aboard) and i would highly recommend staying nearby before sailing. It was nice to be in the harbor and do last minute chores before setting off. Sayula was so sweet and available for all of our questions. And it was nice to have restaurants, stores, and the dive shop all right there. The boat was clean and in great shape. Captain Steve was amazing. He asked us what we wanted to do and then planned our route and activities and we just did what he told us to do. Snorkeling time? Okay! Rum distillery tour? Great! Hike time? We’ll get our shoes! Foxy’s? We’ll grab our wallets….It was exactly what we needed. We had one minor medical issue and as i was planning how we could take a shuttle ferry to a taxi to another ferry and another taxi to get to a clinic Captain Steve figured out a very simple solution (turn the boat around and head back to Spanish Town). We lost less than a half a day even with backtracking and a clinic visit and it was so easy. Side note: my daughter said that clinic visit was way easier than any doc she has seen in the US or Canada…. Eight thumbs up from our crew. We will 100% re-book with Waypoints and also Captain Steve was the best!

Awesome week in the BVI We took our adult children for a week on their first sailing adventure (and our first charter as captain). Our FP42 Unsupervised was perfect for the 6 of us. The boat was in wonderful condition and everything worked well. The staff at Waypoints were so helpful from the beginning, booking, planning, orientation, advice. They also provided helpful, detailed emails with a ton of information. Special shout out to Anthony and Sayula who are so helpful and patient! Also, the Nanny Cay base is lovely! Would use them again for sure and highly recommend.

Greatest Captain Ever Waypoints managed the cleanliness and operational excellence of their boats like no others. I have really high expectations and all were hit. We sailed the Runny Babbit. Perfect catamaran. Our captain was KHADIN, he was friendly, instructed those who wanted to learn how to sail in such a patient manner. We feel like he became part of our family. Our ages ranged from 50 to 12 years old. He found a way to engage with everyone. Such a bright light in this world. Honest and open and engaged. As involved as we wanted them to be — which because of his great spirit was a lot. Our chef was Uptop (akim). He was at first a little reserved but then opened up like pure sunshine. Curious about our varied diets and accommodated them. Such a blessing, great memory and trip!

Great boat FP’47. Great service from Waypoints and Great hires for Waypoints is a great charter company. Way better boats and service than Moorings or some of the other big companies. We hired Captain Khadin directly and he was first rate. He is a top rate captain and his local knowledge is insane, he is quick with a smile and was in just flipping amazing. Someone that you trust and want to spend a week with. Captain Khadin suggested hiring chef Up Top (Chef Akheem) for the trip and we couldn’t have been happier. His cooking was amazing, every meal was a 5 star experience. He has a true love of cooking and you can taste it! Highly recommend Waypoints, and hiring Captan Khadin and Chef Up Top!!!!

Wonderful service and people Top notch charter company, from the checkout, to the support while we were on the water, to the final fueling and check/in. Everything went smoothly, professionally and they were very thorough. This also reflects on the quality/ condition of our boat “Shandy Breeze”. We were concerned that it would be beaten up since it was a 4 y.o. sailboat (they say charter years are like dog years, so 28 years of use). Everything was in perfect condition, impeccably cleaned and worked as it should. Their maintenance crew keeps them in great working order. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Exceptional in every way Oh man, where do I start. I've been to the BVI doing bareboat charters since 2001 and had all good experiences. We used several charter companies and have nothing negative but until we tried Waypoints, I never knew what exceptional meant with respect to the bareboat process. From start to finish (and afterwards) I encountered the most lovely people who had a true passion for their work. The document process was straightforward with everything well laid out. We showed up 3 days early to rent a VRBO in Tortola and have a look around. They were gracious enough to allow us to load the provisions on the boat the evening before (we shopped locally rather than did the online provision list). The FP44, Scarlet Ibis II was new, beautiful, clean and perfect. Anthony went through the most thorough boat brief I have experienced and never rushed us, answering whatever questions we had and stopped for an urgent call from a group that had just left. His knowledge and patience are exemplary. At the reception, Sayula is simply an angel. Genuinely a sweet person and will do whatever is in her powers to assist and enhance your experience. We sailed for 8 days and the check-in process was just as efficient and straightforward. I have indeed found a home for charter in the BVI and, soon, we'll try their base in the USVI. I cannot recommend Waypoints highly enough. Cheers and many thanks to everyone at Waypoints.

a wonderful week in the BVI’s We had a wonderful week in the BVI’s in April 2026. There were eight of us on a 45 foot catamaran. We bareboated around the islands there. Before we left, we received two detailed briefings about the boat, which was a brilliant idea. The boat was built in 2025 and had very sophisticated features. The second briefing reinforced the information from the first briefing and gave us the confidence we needed to handle this boat. We also met with a staff member of Waypoint, Sayula who spent a lot of time with us going over our itinerary and where to go and what to do on the various islands of the BVI’s. Anthony, who handled the boat briefings was available and accessible anytime we had a question or problem. He was an invaluable resource to us. The team at Waypoint did everything possible to make this week a memorable and enjoyable experience for all of us.

Excellent Bare Boat Charter Company for BVIs out of Nanny Cay This was our 2nd BVI trip with Waypoints for bar boat charter out of Nanny Cay. Very professional and helpful. They have a great system. Chartered 51 foot Cat. Boat was well maintained. Service is excellent. Kimmy is very kind and helpful, great snorkeling tips. She recommended the bubble pools (short hike wear water shoes because you have a short water crossing) and snorkeling spot near green Cay. Crew that checked us in an out were fantastic (Stephon and Anthony). Nice set up in marina with showers and laundry. Coffee shop is great. We spent night before and night after in marina make it less rushed on both ends of trip. Will use Waypoints and Kimmy again in future

A competent, friendly, helpful charter company with well maintained yachts provided us the trip of a lifetime! We rented a 47 foot bareboat catamaran for 4 couples for a week and sailed around the BVIs. What a fantastic trip! Beth was fantastic in helping us choose the right boat for our group, suggesting the perfect itinerary, recommending provisioning tips, and all around ensuring we had the most amazing week of our lives. Our yacht was perfectly maintained, comfortable, snd sailed like a dream. Being a small boutique rental company, you can tell the boats are well loved and we felt very looked after. BVI Extended Stay Sailing in the BVIs and chartering through Waypoints makes for an exceptional vacation. We have sailed in the Virgin Islands eight times, four in the US and four in the BVIs. This trip we chartered a 40 ft FP for one week where we sailed with family. The following 10 days we chartered a 50 ft FP and sailed with three couples. Kimmy, Sayula, Anthony, Stephon and the entire staff at Waypoints made our experience first class. They are attentive to the details, easy to work with and genuinely enjoy their work. They are committed to the guests having a great experience. The Charter base offers a great setting with easy access to restaurants, clean showers, groceries, laundry and other amenities. As a repeat customer I recommend using Waypoints and sailing the wonderful waters of the BVIs. By the way, Kimmy provided some excellent local knowledge on several less traveled snorkeling spots as well as excellent restaurant choices. Excellent experience with Waypoint My husband gave me the gift of this BVI trip for our 30th anniversary. I am not a 'boater' or a lover of the 'living on the boat' for a week. Well, I would definitely do it again. The weather(spectacular), the Captain, the yacht itself and the staff at Waypoint were all critical to my trips experience. I had the best time on this beautiful yacht, La Bella Vita. Our Captain, Steve Roy, was family by the time we left. He knew us and we knew him and what was needed every day. We were two couples who travel very frequently together and Capt. Steve navigated us around when we gave him some general places that we wanted to see in our 6 days of sailing around. Waypoint staff was so helpful, as it was our first charter. (thanks to Kimmy in the office for making us feel comfortable) We cant wait to do it agin. There are tons of pics, wish I took more of the boat itself, but it was like new and pretty beautiful.
