We just moved my mom from western NY to NC to live with us. We had a great experience with Wayfinder. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. Everything came in perfect condition. Folks just need to be aware that if you have a small load and you elect to have your furnishings shipped with another load that it may take a few weeks to get the furniture. Plan accordingly. Great job Wayfinder

We worked with Wayfinder for a local move back in March 2025 (Kenmore to Hamburg), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We worked with Ron on our estimate, and he was efficient, thorough, communicative, and an overall delight to work with. The team of Teresas did our full-house pack, and they were incredibly careful and (like Ron) super efficient - you could tell it wasn't their first rodeo. Antonio and his crew did our actual move, and WOW they are good. Strategic, creative, fast, careful, and enjoyable to be around (all super polite with a great sense of humor). All of our stuff was transported safely and without any issues. We also recommended Wayfinder to friends who moved in April, and they—like us—were very satisfied with their moving experience. Highly recommend the Wayfinder team!

I Had Wayfinder Movers yesterday and they were amazing - polite, efficient and very helpful. AS part of this move, they needed to remove a couch from an older home and spent the added time (and it was excessive) trying every which way to accommodate. And they did find a way. I've had movers in the past give up after one try and just leave the piece. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. Major kudos to the entire team! Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

I had such a great experience with this company thanks to Antonio and Taj. They were friendly, hardworking, and incredibly professional throughout a long and unexpectedly challenging move. It ended up taking 6.5 hours in off-and-on pouring rain, with a lot more heavy lifting, and effort than anticipated. They didn’t take a single break the entire time. Both of them were calm under pressure, respectful of my space and belongings, and were attentive the whole day, asking questions to make sure everything ended up exactly where I wanted it. They were also just genuinely great to talk to. They went above and beyond and made a difficult day feel manageable. Highly recommend booking with them if you want movers who are not only reliable, but kind and great to work with.

Don't ever use this company. I hired them to move from Buffalo to Florida. In the midst of actually moving they split my load. They threatened to put my stuff in storage if I didn't pay them when they delivered my first load. They never laid anything on the NEW FLOORS and scratched my brand-new floor. They scratched my walls. They never brought the hardware to put my new bed together. They not only left my bed disassembled they took a big chunk out of the brand new headboard. They misplaced part of my piano and brought it in without the wood fixture. They misplaced the glass on my end table. They promised this stuff would be on the second load. On the second load they loaded my stuff on the truck in a rain storm. My file cabinet and desk got water damage. They broke my $600.00 bike. They broke my outdoor lamp. They never delivered FIVE large boxes including ALL my linen. When I told them this and sent pictures of all the damages (including more than I mentioned) and the money it would cost to replace the boxes that were lost including my mother's heirloom Christmas tree, a memory I will always be without (damages well over $5000.00 they gave me a check for $600.00! It was the biggest insult. The check was sent with a threatening letter indicating if I cashed it they were no longer liable. I have NEVER worked with such an unreliable and irresponsible company in my life. I paid them over 8,000 to more. I trusted them with memories and valuables I could never replace and they destroyed them. Once they got me to sign the contract and got my money they started getting demanding and treated me like I was trash. I would never use this company and am warning you if you chose them. I promise you you'll regret it.
