Service was to detail inside of car due to water damage. All seats and carpet had to be removed. When I got my car back my seat was broken. When I mentioned it to the owner or manager he called me a liar and said it was broken when he got it and stated that anyone can see it is old. I told him yes, it is old but it wasn't broken. He then said I can't prove it and its his word against mine. He further went on to say he deleted all pictures after I didn't respond to a text he sent as a follow up. I never received a text because he sent it to my landline. Horrible customer service and piss poor quality work!!!!!
Owner has since responded to my review and said he left a message on my "so called" landline, and that he never called me a liar but he did and I called him one as well. Basically the owner is calling me a liar again by saying it is my "so called" landline. He accused me of trashing his business but he trashed his own business by immediately becoming angry, confrontational and denying that my seat was broken. It's easy to take a picture of a seat once you've broken it and then say it was that way before you began working on it but I know it was not broken when I dropped it off. Still the worst business I've ever dealt with. Clearly this owner needs to learn manners, humility and possibly go to anger management.
I responded to the service over a month later because I had non weight bearing foot surgery and was unable to drive. I had a friend pick my car up and park it at my home. The owner also accused me of not being the one to drop my car off but recanted when I reminded him I did drop it off but someone else picked it up.
I had to edit this post to let you know that my car did look excellent.
The guy does a great job.

Please tell your story right Mrs. Bratten, it was you who called me a lair after I said to you that we did not break your seat. Then I went over to the seat to show you where it was broke before and repaired. I never said it was old I said it was broke before. Oh by the way I left a message on your so called landline to tell you I found those deleted pictures that are time stamped and dated showing the seat was broke at the time when you dropped it off. Let me guess you didn't get that message either. I would be glad to show you because I will be showing your insurance company as well since you were calling them to tell them either I or them would be paying for it since the work was covered under your insurance. Well that would be insurance fraud claiming something was broke because of us working on it when it came in that way. By the way you forgot to add that your vehicle was picked up the end of February and you are bringing this up a month later. Oh I have other proof but I will leave that one in my arsenal for trying to trash my business. I am a honest business man and if something happened at my shop I would take car of it.
