Had James over to install me a fringe satellite that needed a lot of patience and careful alignment and James was fantastic previous installers didn’t have the patience to take the time and effort to perfect the fringe satellite like James did who’s objective was to satisfy the customers needs. Thanks again to James absolutely recommend highly professional and goes the extra mile.

I can’t thank or praise James enough for his level of service and knowledge. After 2 engineers couldn’t work out why I had a problem, James was here 5 minutes, discovered the issue, fixed it within the hour and only charged for his time.

I contacted Watson tv to asked about an issue we were having with our satellite dish/aerial. The gentleman told me what he thought and gave me a quote for a call out to check the problem. While discussing it with my partner I received another message from them and saying they were around our area and would pop in to do a free survey as it was Christmas. I cannot recommend these guys any more if I tried as within 5 minutes he told us the problem and gave us advice to tell our housing association on how to solve the problem. Kind and professional people what else could you want in bad situations

We've used Watson TV previously for television installation, configuration, etc. and always had great service and attention to detail. We then discovered they also source, supply and fit security systems - something we'd been thinking about for some time. Received the recommendation after a visit from them and a discussion about or needs - and then a quote, which was very reasonable for what we wanted. Ordered and then installed within a week or so. No fuss, no mess - they are always 100% respectful of the property, and then they talked us through the system and instructions in clear English with no jargon. We are 100% satisfied (again) and would recommend these guys to anyone. First class service -- thank you.

Highly recommend this company, we lost the satellite signal to our TVs and everything pointed to an aged LNB unit, after speaking to Nigel he said he could pop over the same day, after confirming it was a faulty LNB, he replaced this and everything was up and running in 30 minutes and at a reasonable price, very professional and such a quick response.
