My pool heater went out on Friday. I researched some companies and my first call was to Water Pure on Saturday morning. The salesman (Jeff) arrived early that afternoon. I was in a time crunch because my daughter was due to arrive in several days. Jeff seemed less interested in selling a heater than actually getting to know me. I signed the contract that afternoon. The heater was delivered on Monday afternoon. The next day, Tuesday afternoon, the heater was installed and working fine. On Wednesday, the old heater was removed. If there is anything they could have done better, I don’t know what that would be. I couldn’t be more pleased with Water Pure. True story.

Jeff came to the house and took the time to explain the Gulfstream pool heater options and make sure we felt comfortable with everything. He even offered to fix a sprinkler head so it wouldn’t spray the heater. Byron did an awesome job with the install and showed us how to use the Compass remote system. Sue was super helpful with the accounts, and the payment process was easy. The price felt fair for the level of service we got.
