I found the whole experience of using Waterman tree co.Hertfordshire a pleasure from my initial enquiry throughout the work every contact was friendly but professional The job was completed to my specifications dispute my not being present at the time I would recommend them to anyone needing tree work doing and most definitely use them again

Aaron and the team did a superb job - pruning our apple trees beautifully and then tackling cutting back numerous trees and hedging along our border and a difficult to reach section behind our garage. Absolutely disgusting service, left our garden and freshly renovated decking in an absolutely terrible state and took chucks out of our house around our conservatory also , we were absolutely mortified when we returned to see the damage and when we addressed this with them they were so dismissive it was untrue, no one should have to put up with this total lack of quality and professionalism and disregard for their property from those you expect to respect another's property, given the sub standard quality and lack of respect and damage they caused to our property I would urge all to AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We’re also thrilled you’ve finally paid your invoice in full — a true environmental and financial win all around.

As for the “damage” to your decking, we maintain that if simply walking on it in work boots caused the paint to lift, that says more about the paint job than our footwear. We’re arborists, not miracle workers in anti-gravity.

So thank you again, Gary — for your contribution to the environment, your late payment, and this excellent reminder that not all heroes wear capes… some just leave 1-star reviews that contribute to a greener planet. 😉

Couldn't have been better. They were delayed slightly but kept in touch with me by text. Nice guys with good chat. Obviously very knowledgeable about trees: gave me excellent advice about where exactly to cut to trim the tree in the best way. They worked quickly and efficiently, didn't leave a mess. We had to have a quick discussion with my neighbour, and they were courteous and helpful throughout. Also, they were slightly cheaper than the other quote I got. All in all: top recommendation.
