Waterfront Charters make money by not rescheduling for those who cannot make it on time. Life happens and is unpredictable, and after spending so much money for 3 people looking forward to the experience, all they could say was “sorry” for literally showing 5mins after boarding pass collection cutoff!

We did the 1-hour yacht cruise along the waterfront, and it was such a lovely experience with beautiful views. They offer both morning and afternoon slots, so you can choose what suits you best. A relaxing and enjoyable way to experience the waterfront.

What an incredible experience we had on the Sunset Proseco tour. From the excellent service from staff on board, to the amazing views as we traveled out the Harbour, the sunset, watching whales, and seeing Cape Town light up as darkness fell... Every moment was sublime!

It was a lovely experience with amazing views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I have, is that when we got there we were told that it all depends on availability, and not all boats look like what is advertised. This was never mentioned before. I paid for a catamaran cruise, and then never went on a catamaran, I went on a normalboat cruise because that is what was available. I can understand going with what's available at the time, but then ensure you have enough catamarans, so that when you offer and someone pays for a catamaran cruise, there is one available. I would definitely do this trip again, but only with the guarantee that they will have a catamaran available.
