Today was my first visit to Watch & Jewelry Repair & I give you a 10+!! Sarah @ John were very courteous. Sarah made my experience a great one. She calmed my fears & I felt safe leaving my jewelry. I’ve “been had” before after leaving jewelry for repairs. I went in to have my have the hinge on my bracelet fixed or replaced. Sarah took my bracelet to have co-worker who looked at it and fixed it with a minor fix at no charge. After a nice conversation with Sarah, (she understood my plight & tested my stones). I decided to replace the stone I had not planned to do at this time because of my new confidence in (Sarah) W & J Repair. I highly recommend Watch & Jewelry Repair. Thanks to John for assisting when asked. Until next time.
