I took a Catch Wrestling class here via ClassPass. Coach Randy is scary to live wrestle against. Would recommend coming here as finding places that teach wrestling is rare.
Great atmosphere to workout with others. Friendly and fun place

I started training here a few months ago and it's a great place, good trainers, who are skilled, and knowledgeable. They have a variety of classes for all ages and different programs as well. I definitely recommend coming here to train.

The Freestate Firearms Training event yesterday was great! Dave Ritchie (Founder, Lead Instructor) went over a lot of firearm training, law, permit information, then together, with Brian and his high level instructors set up a lot of situations for us to take part of in order to build awareness (including ques of common predator traits), de-escalation, and actions should the situation go south.
Thank you to Brian and Dave, and especially to Brian’s instructors that took part in the situations with us (Paula, Jason, Max and Mark)
Really looking forward to the next joint event which if I recall is next month (it’s on the Watchdog website, or will be soon)

This was my first class! I'm very much a beginner. I'm trying to get into better shape, and wanted to try this for a while. Everyone there was so friendly. I'll definitely be back!
