I contacted Waste Collection via WhatsApp, which was quick and efficient.
They arranged to collect my waste the next day, at a price that I thought was fair. They arrived on time and cleared said waste. The whole process was pleasant and taken care of very quickly. I would definitely use these guys again.
Unfortunately, a terrible experience. Didn't come on the day we had arranged. When they came it was a day late. I sent through pictures and dimensions. Half way through the loading they threatened to take everything out because it wasn't as agreed, whist apologising that they were not good with numbers! I ended up paying £550 rather than £300.

As explained at the time, we offered a full refund of your deposit if you preferred to cancel. You chose to keep the booking and reschedule for the following day, which we honoured.
Regarding the price difference, the initial quote of £300 was based on the photos and information provided. While photos and dimensions help us estimate, they do not always reflect the true volume, weight, or access situation. No clearance company can accurately price solely from images, as van space and weight limits are what ultimately determine cost.
When we arrived, there were significantly more bags than described, and many were filled with heavy rubble (approximately 10+ heavy bags). Some items were also positioned behind others and were not visible in the original photos. Once loading began, it became clear that the panels and bags were taking up far more van space than originally estimated. The actual load volume and weight were considerably higher than what was quoted for.
At that point, we stopped and explained the situation clearly. We offered two options:
Proceed at the revised price of £550
Cancel the job and receive your full deposit back
We did not force the job. You were given the choice, and you decided to continue with the collection at the updated price.
We always prioritise transparency. Unlike many companies, we never keep deposits if a customer decides not to proceed, and we never take full upfront payment and then demand more on arrival. If the discrepancy had been entirely our misjudgment, we would have taken full responsibility.
We understand that price changes are frustrating, but they are sometimes unavoidable when the actual volume and weight differ substantially from the information provided.

Good, fast and efficient. I have been using the company for years. There are no hidden prices. I send the pictures and video and I get the price for the removal of the rubbish so I know how much to pay upfront. I like this system a lot. The prices are competitive and their workers are very amazingly fast and efficient. I recommend them 100%. Really good, honest company with very hard working staff.

I have never seen such a bed service ever.
They ask for 15 bags and a child's mattress 100-120 £
The next day they said 140£ I agree.
When they came to the place I was not home they sent a photo and said there were 26 bags and asked the price 170£
We argued but finial I said ok.
They took only 20 bags and left 6 bags in the bin.
I offer them to come back and complete the refused and saying there are 26 bags in the photo just 6 bags I can not see.
I hope the next customer will find 6 hidden and sick rubbish bags:) I will add photos
Additionally, managers are so rude
My advise never ever call this company
If you call never pay the deposit.

At that time, you reviewed the photos and confirmed that you were satisfied with the service.
At no point did you mention that we were expected to remove rubbish from inside the bins. This was not part of the agreement. The following day, you contacted us demanding that we return and collect the bin rubbish for free, even though it had never been included in the original quotation. We collected everything that we had agreed upon during the on-site assessment.
We always aim to deliver honest, fair, and clear service, and we must state firmly that the claims in this review are inaccurate and do not represent the true events.
