My son started his black belt journey this September and we soon increased from 1 to 3 classes per week, so much he is enjoying his trainings. His coaches praise his fitness, so years of gymnastics paid off :) We are very happy here. They have pleasant waiting rooms with complimentary coffee and internet, which is fantastic.
