I had a central heating system installed, from Dave the surveyor to Andy and Will the installers are first class, the office kept me up to date too. I would highly recommend this company, they left each night the house clean and tidy.

Fast and efficient service
This was my second Boiler Maintenance to be carried out on the new Worcestershire Boiler they installed for me 2 years ago. The work was carried out in a totally professional manner and I would recommend Warmer Homes to anyone who wants a new boiler or a service done. From Day 1, I was treated with respect and the process was explained to me in very easy to understand terms by the office and when the fitters came around they carried out the work without any bother at all. We were recommended Warmer Homes by a family member and we were so pleased with the whole service. The quality of the work is brilliant, communication during the install is great, and the team left the house very tidy when they finished. They even made good in parts of the walls and floors that needed minor repairs. The experience we reveived Warmer Homes was nothing short of extremely proffessional, the contact staff and site visitation was very relaxed and accommodating. Nothing was too much and there advise was on point. The engineers were again as professional and courteous as the administration people. A very professional install was followed by hse test protocol. Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had dealings with all the team, Steve, Amy, Andy and Will. Our property is very unusual in layout and they made every effort to give us the best possible solution for our needs. All four of the team are polite and considering we are probably two hours from them they were always on time and actually left late trying to keep a difficult complex job on track. The standard of work is of a level I haven't seen for a long time and we were very happy indeed. We have no doubt in giving our full support in their recommendation.

Fantastic team across the board from start to finish. Steve was very informative and knowledgeable offering advice and taking lots of time to explain any options. The disruption a full heat pump installation involves needs no explanation. My wife and I were dreading it, knowing that all the radiators and pipework were to be changed. However, it was clear from the start that the heating engineers new exactly what they were doing. The installation was planned to run over five days, and this included solar panels on the roof. The degree of respect and care for our home went above our expectations. In fact considering some of the challenges to overcome, they stayed cheerful. Not easy to do after the long days required to keep on schedule. The standard of work was excellent. They cleaned up, commissioned the heat pump, taking me through the essentials, making sure I was familiar with it all. My wife and I would like to thank Andy and Will for their diligence and hard work. I rarely take the time to give recommendations, but if you appreciate good old fashioned respect and dedication to the job at hand, then look no further.
