We're camping in western Tennessee and have been experiencing issues with the coupler on our small cargo trailer. We're traveling across country, so it is our home. We can't afford to be without it.
We phoned Wallace Trailers and spoke to Guy Wallace. What a nice man! He knows his stuff. This is a 3rd generation family business and it shows. He racked his brain to find us a solution that wouldn't mean us having to have them come out to us purely because we were over 60 miles away, but we decided we should have them come out. In the end, he sent out Andrew, who is such a polite and helpful young man, and he installed a new mechanism in the existing coupler. Now it latches great 😃
If we need anything done with our trailer in future, and we're in the Nashville area, we will always go to them. You can't go wrong. They go the extra mile to help you out and do not take advantage of you. If you don't need something, then they tell you so.

If you anything for a trailer, camper, hitch or towing related, Jimmy and his team have you covered. I need a 5th Wheel hitch installed in my truck for a new a camper I purchased. Jimmy was able to get a very nice B&W sliding 5th wheel hitch and the B&W Turnover ball system ordered and installed for me. These gentlemen that helped with the installation were very professional and knowledgeable of the system. I will definitely be going back to Wallace Trailers from here on out.

I've had the pleasure of working with William and his team at Wallace Trailers, a 3rd generation trailer dealership. They're focus on quality products and responsive customer service separate them from other TN dealers.
I have been going to Wallace Trailers for years and have never been disappointed. Several years ago I bought a horse trailer from Wallace and had them install a gooseneck hitch in the bed of my truck to pull it. After the hitch was installed, Mr. Wallace himself took us for a drive with the trailer hooked up to teach us how it all worked. Fast forward to today, I replaced that old truck last week and needed a gooseneck hitch installed in the new truck. I went back to Wallace and received the same quality service. Jimmy was awesome and kept me informed throughout the process. The end result was as expected: a very clean install. I'll be bringing that same horse trailer I bought from Wallace years ago for some preventive maintenance next month. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I damaged a hotshot trailer when I was receiving a delivery and Wallace Trailers was able to make a same day repair for me to get that poor driver back on the road. Great guys and Jimmy is awesome. Will definetly be coming back.

Jimmy is the best. Went above and beyond for us when we had a trailer stranded at a truck stop on 40. Did a great job on a complicated axle repair, charged a fair price, and had us on our way the next afternoon. Couldn't have been a more positive experience.
