Great tour - highly recommend!!! Anja was a wonderful guide. She was friendly and even got my shy teenage son to talk 😊. She was also very knowledgeable about micro brewing here in Germany and the history of beer as well as the history of Berlin. On our walk, she used our area to incorporate that history in our conversations. There was never a dull moment and the beer of course was delicious! Thank you!

Beer & Local History - what's not to like? This is an excellent tour, not just for those interested in beer but also in the modern history of Berlin. Alex is a very well-informed guide and has a balanced outlook on life. The tour lasted around 3 hours but the time flew by. Friedrichshain is such an interesting part of Berlin - well worth a visit

Beer, culture and history Our guide Alex was friendly and knowledgeable. He introduced me to many different types of beer and explained their origins and how they are brewed. He also introduced us to the neighborhood's culture and history. I'm so glad I did this tour. BTW, come a little hungry, the snacks are substantial!

Fantastic tour with amazing tour guide and selection of beers Alex was fantastic, so knowledgeable and enjoyed all the stops and beers along the way. He has great charisma and we really enjoyed his company. Definitely recommend! Xx

Walk around, drink some beer and that’s it You drink a lot of beer (some good and some bad) and chat with other people but don’t expect to learn much about the breweries, the beers, or anything else. Guide was friendly but it would have been nice with more background info - why not have the owners of the beer places give a little intro? The walks between the sites were the best parts. Please ditch the “drink while walking” part though - completely unnecessary.

Fun foodie tour in Prenzlauer Berg We enjoyed this tour a lot - friendly and knowledgeable guide and good food. It was really noisy though due to traffic so would recommend picking more stops a bit further away from very busy street.

Great tour, great way to meet people All in all, I couldn't recommend this tour enough. To start when trains were delayed and messaged the organiser to let them know, Margot responded almost instantly, passing on to the guide and assuring that everything was fine. She was also exceptionally helpful with sorting out a refund for a double booking, can't praise her help enough. Our guide Rafael knew his stuff and I personally am not a beer drinker but did still enjoy the drinks provided. Rafael also gave unique insights on the various places we visited, places that without this tour you would never find. But one of the best things about my experience was the group of people I was touring with. Different continents, experiences and everyone was amazing to talk to. Even if you are a solo traveller I would recommend this. 5 out of 5

Engaging & Excellent Munich Brewery Tour The Munich Brewery Tour was excellent, Josh was very knowledgeable of the area and of brewing. The tour was focused in an area outside of the Munich city centre and provided additional context to the city and community I wouldn't have otherwise gotten. The locations visited were interesting and had great beers, including typical German beers as well as less typical (for Munich) craft beers. Discussing brewing and the German views and history of it was the most engaging part of the tour. I really enjoyed learning about the different styles and methods used in Germany, specifically in Bavarian and Franconian Beers, as well other topics around brewing. Talking to Josh throughout the trip was really engaging and I learnt a lot.

A must do! We loved this tour! Alex was great and unbelievably knowledgeable about both the art of making beer and the history of Berlin. Went to some places we never would’ve tried and/or found on our own. Highly recommend.

I love Beer Our tour leader, I believe his name was Alex, was exceptional at describing the history and the way in which beers are created in Germany. We gained so much knowledge and enjoyed many beers. Would 100% recommend

Top tier Berlin street food tour - 10/10 I would recommend this street food tour to anyone who wants to eat like a Berlin local. It was simply a top tier experience. A lot of thought and love has gone into crafting this tour, and you can really feel that as your walk the streets of Prenzlauerberg. There was such an amazing variety of cuisines, and I really liked the mix of traditional german foods and less traditional (but equally delicious) foods from elsewhere in the world. The guide was super informative, and genuinely interested in everyone on the tour.

look for the taqueria underneath Eberswalder Straße This city is always surprising me. I am a local, and was overjoyed to discover this side of it. Places which I would ordinarily overlook were fascinating to see through such fresh eyes. And the stories, are fascinating of course, how could they be anything else, being Berlin!!
