A big thanks to the folks at Walker Heating and Air. They came through in a tough situation to get new indoor and outdoor HVAC units up and running when old system stopped working. Went from no heat to fully functioning new system in only a few days. Option to repair was presented as well. Really appreciate how they explain things. Provided same day service on follow up too!
Keeps breaking and they stopped responding. Our house is set to 80 and the temp is at 57. They came to fix it and the same issue is happening again. It’s down to 71 now and keeps dropping. New filter. Turned everything off and on. The heater is just not working.
These guys came out because auxiliary heat kept coming on. They diagnosed the problem very quick and lt ended up being a simple part that was long overdue to be replaced. Great work đź‘Ź thank you

He performed a thorough cleaning of the outdoor condensing unit and took the time to explain his findings clearly. I can't say enough good things about Walker HVAC. They are honest, polite, knowledgeable, available quickly, you can schedule online, their arrival window is only 2 hrs and they are always timely, they let you know when they're otw, they cover their shoes (iykyk), they have talked me out of expensive fixes, and their maintenance membership is one of the cheapest I've seen. We had them work on our old unit, replaced our unit with them a few years ago, and maintenance since then, and it's one of the few home appointments I never dread.

I called this company primarily because they’re small business with 5 star reviews. They don’t disappoint. Service by Kevin (the owner) was timely, exceptional and went beyond what was expected. My AC unit called for a very specific motor and he went out of his way to contact the manufacturer and pick up and install the exact motor that was needed. The other option was to order it and come back once it arrived. I now have cool air (in 91 degree weather). In addition he gave me the best options for saving money. He will come back in 6 months to provide no cost maintenance under the Family Plan. Very satisfied customer. Use them. They are honest and reliable and a great value!
