Been going to Wake the Dead for almost a month now, Claudia and Cory have been very helpful with their expertise. Their new Gym looks to be another major step for the business, and I look forward to working with them into the future.

Great place to work out! The coaches are fantastic—they really know when you're holding back and always push you to give your best. Super encouraging and motivating environment. Can't wait until they new gym is opened, very exciting.

I have learned to tune into my body and move to grow my strength and increase my energy with Claudia’s training! Claudia teaches me how to lift properly and challenges me to try what I have learned I can achieve even when I underestimate myself! I’ve become more toned, fit and with her mentorship my confidence in my own ability to achieve fitness goals has increased beyond what I thought I could achieve in my late 40s! Highly recommend her for those timid to learn but willing to try! She will get you addicted to being your best self!

Great small group challenging workouts which allow Mike and Claudia to individually adjust the movements based on what our bodies and chronic issues are able to do. Yet continue to challenge us to gain strength and endurance with each class. A fantastic group of supportive ladies and I always feel like I've worked hard after every class!

Claudia is an amazing trainer who has made working out so fun that being consistent is easy. No matter your size or ability you will feel welcomed. From day one there was no judgment, just positivity. If you commit, Claudia will commit right back. She will push you to your limits and then beyond what you thought you were ever capable of. The small classes truly make the experience like no other and make you feel like a community. Classes are also so reasonably priced and offer good variety so it's never boring. Highly recommend, can't say enough good things about Claudia and the Wake the Dead family.

I've been training with Claudia and Mike for several years, and I can confidently say that it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness journey. From the moment I met them, I was impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to helping me reach my fitness goals. In various settings (classes, personal training and open gym sessions), they consistently challenge and motivate me, pushing me to achieve results that I never thought were possible. Moreover, Wake The Dead Fitness creates a supportive and encouraging environment that makes every session enjoyable and rewarding. I couldn't be happier with the progress that I have made with them. Claudia is an amazing coach. She constantly monitors and checks to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly. When needed she will adapt exercise routines for individuals that have back or knee issues. She includes exercises for balance, weight bearing, muscle strengthening and ensures there is always a Cardio component built into the routine. She is positive, encouraging, and cares about all of clients. Claudia motivates me to be the best I can when it comes to being string and healthy!

I began my fitness journey with Claudia about 20 months ago. I have never enjoyed physical exercise but I do enjoy Claudia's classes. She encourages me to be the best I can be physically by challenging and encouraging me when she knows I can do more. If I was told 2 years ago that I would be dead-lifting 100+ pounds at the age of 72 and doing all the exercises she has for us, I would not have believed it! She is happy to modify any exercise to meet any limitations I may have and she keeps a sharp eye on us to ensure we are doing the exercises safely and properly. I feel better and stronger than I have for years - in most part due to Claudia!

Both my husband and use this amazing gym. Claudia is the best. She works with you to ensure that you are getting the best workout for you. Safety is the gym’s priority which makes us feel comfortable and very appreciative. We highly recommend this Wake the Dead gym for classes and private training!!!! 👍
