I got myself locked out of our business Microsoft365 and at the time I was the only administrator! I sent an email to Alex asking for help and he rang me 5 minutes later (on Sunday night even!!). Alex couldn't fix the problem but put me in contact with the people who could. Then Alex helped me improve our system so it wouldn't happen again. Excellent service 5*s is not enough.
