Jeremiah, I want to sincerely thank you for coming out to inspect the roof that your company replaced back in 2023. I truly appreciate your time and professionalism during the inspection. I’m grateful that you agreed with me regarding the aesthetics of the depression between the two exhaust pipes, it doesn’t look ideal but after a thorough inspection both inside and outside, it’s reassuring to know that there are no structural issues. Since the depression sits directly on a truss, we were both puzzled as to why it appeared. I appreciate you asking the engineers back at the office what can be done about this. I really appreciate your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.

It's pretty! More importantly this crew was phenomenal. Waddle team walked me through this process beautifully after storm damage. They were on site to talk with my insurance adjuster. They made sure that I understood every step. Constant communication ⭐ On-site crew was top-notch. They explained everything they cleaned up everything...you would have never known anybody was here and that my yard was a flurry of mess. I even appreciated the singing of one of the workers! Follow-up call the next day to make sure everything was going well and if I had any questions. Thank you for an amazing experience in the height of anxiety and unknown. Hands down the best!

We were told we were on the schedule for a certain Friday and a week and a half later they still had not come. After I called for a second time, we were finally on the schedule. The first person came and knocked at the door and when I didn’t answer because I was working, they left and I had to call to get them to come back out. We left a note in an email that we wanted all materials that were not re-used, left in the backyard and a recently purchased 10 foot section of downspout and the connector were taken away and the only thing left was the old gutter. I was planning to use that 10 foot section as an extension on the ground so I had to go purchase another one.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The crew was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the roof repair. They fixed the issue quickly at my home in Madrid, IA and the quality of work looks great. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find companies that are honest, reliable, and take pride in their work, but this team definitely does. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs or exterior work done.
