A bit pricey for a call out, but service was quick and the engineer sorted the issue. I think the communication could have been better, an email, phone call or text to say the engineer is on the way would have been good as I had a time slot of 3 hours and ended up calling the office to check the engineer was coming after sitting in a cold house for over 2.5 hours.

Well first of all at least your house is nice and warm again, and thank you spending the time to leave us a review, not sure if its a back handed compliment in there, but we did turn up in the 3 hour window we gave you and fixed the boiler.
Are software does send a txt message when the engineer is on his way so maybe you had not seen it.
The main thing is your warm.

We have used W-Heat for a number of years now and have always had excellent service.
We have just had Joe to sort out a leak from a tank in the loft.
Super young man who quietly and efficiently did the job. He explained things so we could understand what was going on !!
The call out service is quick and efficient and the Customer Service team (Kate etc ) are excellent too.
I highly recommend this company.

I recommend this company. We had a large electrical job done by them and they were excellent. They listened to what we wanted, explained what would be involved and gave a clear detailed quote. Arran and Harrison did all the work and couldn’t have been better. They were a neat and tidy workers, always polite, great communicators and stayed until the job was done. They did a quality job for us and we will use them again.

Great quote, fast and efficient service, Terry and Dan were v respectful and competent when fitting new boiler. Explained how to use system well, and Terry came back within minutes of a call next day to answer a water pressure question!! Def recommend and fully intending to use W-HEAT for service annually.

Your engineer Joe arrived at the arranged time and was friendly and got straight down to fixing the reported problem. After repairing the leak, he stayed to make sure that all was well before tidying his tools away and cleaning the work area. Fantastic same day service.

I’m really impressed with the service from W-Heat When my boiler broke down on Monday they had an engineer out within an hour, which was amazing and a huge relief. Jamie quickly identified the problem, the part was ordered and everything was fixed within two days. The whole process was efficient, professional, friendly and stress-free. Great service from W Heat. Contacted them regarding a problem with our Megaflo cylinder. Got back to me within 24 hours and were able to source the part needed to fix but supplying a couple of photos. Engineer visited and completed the job within 30 minutes and far less cost than quoted by Megaflo. Highly recommend.

Very pleased that I chose W-Heat to install my new combi boiler. From initial contact, to installation was just 4 days due to a complete boiler failure in mid December; excellent service.
Other issues have been dealt with and attended to promptly by friendly staff.

Tom from W-Heat just carried out my annual boiler service. From the moment Tom walked through the door I could tell he was respectful of me and my home.

A perfect installation! Existing 17 year old domestic gas boiler replaced by Worcester-Bosch system unit and associated hot water storage. The team arrived as planned, immediately overcame a few design challenges with some clever pipework and left the property in immaculate condition. A great job - would highly recommend them.

Old boiler broken, replaced with a new one. Really great service from W-Heat. Everyone who came out was friendly and professional. Same for the office staff, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Very happy with the work they’ve done. Would highly recommend using them.
