Pavlo was incredibly punctual, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. He came out for an AC maintenance visit, and went above and beyond! He answered all of my questions, taught me things about my AC unit, and left me with ideas for future improvements but in no way was trying to sell me anything. He tested both the exterior AC unit and the furnace in the attic, and shared the report with me. He even cleaned out the leaves from inside the outdoor AC unit. I highly recommend Bros Airs for any HVAC needs.

AC failed on Sunday. I texted to get an appointment ASAP & was pleasantly surprised to get an answer on a Sunday evening and repairs Monday. Very nice, on time, very happy!

Paul did a beautiful job installing prep duct work for an island range hood. The previous contractor made a mess of my kitchen ceiling and his work was not code compliant. Paul and his apprentice removed faulty work installed duct work to code, and vacuumed up the minor mess. They were in and out in about 90 min. Paul is very knowledgable, diligent, and clearly takes pride in his work.

First off, these folks are pros and best at what they do. We had the best experience with this contractor. Pavlo advised on the best path/unit (went with a high efficiency hybrid heat pump/gas furnace unit to qualify for the federal rebate, although this contractor is not on the PSE list for the WA state rebate, but their price offset the total costs beating all other contractors recommended by PSE. Got 5 bids total). Their crew mechanical/electrical were prompt and professional very pleasant to communicate (permit pulled and the work done surpassed local code inspection and all workmanships has similar warranty as other contractors if not better). About 10 months in both heating and cooling systems are working flawlessly. Highly recommend Pavlo and his crew if you’re in the market for hvac systems.

It is the small things in life that give people hope for our society - like an honest and hardworking contractor who presents themselves in a professional manner, with a personable demeanorne, and charges a competitive and reasonable price for their technical knowledge. Paul earned my trust quickly, educating me on the heat pump/air handler system which came with the purchased home. He performed a full and very detailed operational inspection of both units, electeical components, refrigerant, coils, gas pressure, and much more. Nothing wrong other than an filter installed upside down and a calming confirmation our system is in great condition. You should give Bros Air, LLC a call first if you need A/C service.

Wow, I honestly can't believe how quiet this AC is. I've had AC systems before, but this one is on a whole different level. Half the time I have to look outside just to make sure it's actually running! Big thanks to Paul and Bros Air team for the great price, the financing options, and the smooth installation process. Bros Air was absolutely amazing with helping us fix our A/C system. I contacted Paul in the morning and they happened to have an appointment to come out and diagnose later that day. A 3-man crew arrived and spent 45 minutes diagnosing a furnace wiring issue and a transformer and contactor for the A/C system that was in need of replacement. They completed the repairs right there on the spot and my A/C is back up and running good as new! They were so progressional and respectful even putting on and taking off shoe covers every time they went in and out of the house to troubleshoot & repair the A/C unit. The price for the repair was very competitive, beating other local competitors. If you need an HVAC technician in Maple Valley, these guys are the way to go!

Our thermostat wouldn’t work after replacing it and I checked the voltage of the wiring and it was super low so I called Bros Air after finding them on Google and they were actually local instead of a larger company just saying that they were local. I called them and they picked up immediately and said they’d be out later in the afternoon. They showed in less than an hour and talked pricing up front, explained everything step by step and also gave me tips on keeping my heat/ac running well. Will absolutely use again. Super friendly and super professional

I can’t stop being happy about my new furnace. My old one had a burned out heat exchanger and it was actually leaking carbon monoxide into the house. The CO detector went off and that’s when I realized something was really wrong. The guys from Bros Air came out and replaced the furnace in just a couple of hours. Super fast and very professional. Now the new furnace is running perfectly and the house finally feels safe and warm again. I’m seriously so happy I called them. Great work.

These guys did a great job 💯 They showed up on time, worked quickly, and everything was done very clean and professionally. What I liked most was that Paul took the time to explain the differences between a heat pump and a regular AC system. They also explained where we could save on energy and what equipment would be more efficient in the long run. We decided to go with a high-efficiency system and we’re really happy with the result. The price was fair for the equipment and the quality of the installation 👍 Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. 🤝🤝🤝
