This is a place that is not a spa, massages and facials are not provided. But what Vortex does provide is wellness and ability to continually focus on rejuvenation, increased energy, decrease stress and overall just feel great! The high tech approach and just great vibe is over the top. I can’t explain all the positive effects, you must try this experience. Not once but as much as possible!

I'm beyond grateful this space exists, for myself, the community and mankind. It's raising your vibrations which is a ripple effect. The space is gorgeous, serene and relaxing. My husband and I visited Vortex today and experienced NuCalm, halotherapy, Tune, and red light therapy. The whole visit was deeply relaxing and restorative. The staff is outstanding, the space is beautiful, the treatments are unique, and the atmosphere makes it easy to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and feel amazing. Great activity to do with your partner or with friends.

I'm genuinely struggling to find the words to describe our time at Vortex, because "fun" doesn't even begin to cover it. I went in with high expectations and they were completely blown out of the water. This is a must-do for everyone in our community. The Experience: From the moment you step inside, you are transported. I won't spoil the specifics, but the level of immersion is something I've never encountered before. The technology is so seamless and convincing that you completely forget where you are. We were fully lost in another world, working together, exploring, and just being in total awe. It's a powerful reminder of how creativity and technology can create pure joy and wonder. The Staff & Facility: A huge shout-out to the staff. They weren't just running a business; you could feel their genuine enthusiasm. They were incredibly welcoming, explained everything perfectly, and made sure our entire group felt comfortable and ready. The venue itself is clean, modern, and has a fantastic, futuristic vibe that gets you excited the second you walk in. Who Should Go? Honestly, everyone. We went as a group of friends and it was the perfect outing. But I can easily see this being an incredible date night, a unique corporate team-building event, or a fantastic adventure for a family with teens. Final Verdict: I know "life-changing" sounds like an exaggeration for an entertainment venue, but it truly jolted me out of the everyday routine and left me feeling energized and inspired. If you're on the fence, please take this review as your sign to go. This is hands-down the most incredible and unique experience our city has to offer. I'm already planning my next trip back. You will not regret it!

Vortex Wellness Studio is truly so incredible. Dan and Steve have created such a beautiful, and welcoming space. The moment you walk in, you begin to feel at ease. The environment is calm, thoughtfully designed, filled with good energy, and absolutely stunning. Every session is incredible, but my personal go to’s are the Halo Sauna, Infrared Sauna, NuCalm, and the Tune sessions. Each one leaves me feeling a little more recovered, recharged and grounded, all in a different way. And as someone who finds it harder to disconnect and fully relax, Vortex has been a game changer. It’s one of the few places where I have learned to truly unwind, and reset, and always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Dan and Steve are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. You can feel the care and intention behind everything at Vortex. Highly, highly recommend.

Recently visited Vortex while I was in Collingwood for a conference, so booked ahead for a somadone session (which i ended up winning!) And a double Halo session with my friend. This was my 2nd visit to Vortex after a couple of years, and my friends first. It was "girl Monday" and though it would have been fabulous to see Daniel and Steve again, the ladies took very good care of us! Thank you 😊

Self care at its finest! My wife and I were in Collingwood for a week’s vacation with our two little girls and wanted to take some time to ourselves as well so that we came back from the vacation refreshed and not feeling like we needed a vacation from our vacation. Vortex stepped up and provided us the perfect opportunity to look after ourselves so that we could look after each other to our fullest potential. We took advantage of their discovery pass, allowing us to try each of the sessions they offer at half price. I’m a sucker for a great deal! This was a fantastic choice because I probably never would have tried seqex, tune or red light of my own prerogative and yet tune and red light turned out to be two of my favourites (no disrespect to the other sessions, they really are all fantastic and serve their purpose depending on personal needs at the time). I cannot say enough good things about compression. Due to years of poor posture and lack of proper self care, I have developed hip and leg issues which cause significant pain. I feel so much better after a compression session and am able to ride that high for several days. The facility also plays a massive part in the self care aspect with lots of natural light, plants and air purifiers. I legitimately do feel myself breathing better in there. Then there’s the decor, comfortable seating, massage apparatuses, books and tarot cards along with a wet bar featuring intention water, wellness shots, tea and pretend coffee, I can’t help but unwind and relax in the lounge before and after my session. The owners and staff are incredible and I am so thankful to have stumbled upon this place while on vacation. It is a MUST visit while in the Collingwood area.

Hidden wellness Gem!! 💎 My friends and I were looking for spa/wellness treatments and we hit the jackpot contacting Daniel, one of the owners at Vortex Wellness Studio. Trust me when I tell you that you must get a service here when visiting Collingwood.
