A wonderful reset for the mind and body!
Since this was my first time experiencing this style of spa I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I decided to try both the Somadome and the Tune sessions. I am so glad I did.
The Somadome felt incredibly immersive: the rest of the world just melted away. The combination of the color therapy and the guided meditation was deeply grounding.
The Tune session was my favourite, though. It’s hard to describe the sensation of the vibroacoustics until you feel it, but it really does feel like a "tune-up" for your nervous system.
Beyond the technology, the atmosphere at Vortex is perfect. The space is well appointed and the staff were wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. The whole vibe of the studio is welcoming and high-quality. The lounge area is comfortable and offers beverages and books to peruse while you relax. Not once did I feel rushed during my experience. I walked out feeling a rare mix of being calm, and yet surprisingly energized all at once. Thank you for such a great experience today.

So...I just finished the 30 day bootcamp!!
What an incredible experience!
I had been feeling quite down and depressed, and an angel came into my life, and gave me the opportunity of the bootcamp, as they felt it would help my situation!
The first morning, listening to Daniel's short guided meditation, made me feel so good! I actually had tears in my eyes, hearing the words. The breathing techniques have taught me to pause, breathe, and destress at that moment! Then carry on with my day!
I looked forward to knowing what he had to say every morning, and what would I learn?
Bootcamp has taught me so much about self awareness. Now when I am thinking negatively, I catch myself, change my thoughts, and I can't believe the difference it has made in my life... in only 30 days!!
I can't thank Daniel and vortex enough for giving me the tools and knowledge to live a happier life!!!
Not to mention, if you want to feel relaxed, and destress, they have many different sessions available.
I have tried the leg compression, nucalm and red light therapy. All amazing!!
The studio is spotless, the rooms are private, calm and soothing.
I honestly can't stress enough how important you and your health are to the staff at Vortex, and their knowledge and the care you receive while you are there...out of this world!!

This is a place that is not a spa, massages and facials are not provided. But what Vortex does provide is wellness and ability to continually focus on rejuvenation, increased energy, decrease stress and overall just feel great! The high tech approach and just great vibe is over the top. I can’t explain all the positive effects, you must try this experience. Not once but as much as possible!

The sauna was fantastic! I really enjoyed the privacy of having your own room with shower facilities and, the customer service was excellent!

I'm beyond grateful this space exists, for myself, the community and mankind. It's raising your vibrations which is a ripple effect. The space is gorgeous, serene and relaxing. The wellness shots are delish and the sessions are everything you are missing in life. Taking self-care to a new level.

My husband and I visited Vortex today and experienced NuCalm, halotherapy, Tune, and red light therapy. The whole visit was deeply relaxing and restorative. The staff is outstanding, the space is beautiful, the treatments are unique, and the atmosphere makes it easy to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and feel amazing. Great activity to do with your partner or with friends.

I'm genuinely struggling to find the words to describe our time at Vortex, because "fun" doesn't even begin to cover it. I went in with high expectations and they were completely blown out of the water. This is a must-do for everyone in our community.
The Experience:
From the moment you step inside, you are transported. I won't spoil the specifics, but the level of immersion is something I've never encountered before. The technology is so seamless and convincing that you completely forget where you are. We were fully lost in another world, working together, exploring, and just being in total awe. It's a powerful reminder of how creativity and technology can create pure joy and wonder.
The Staff & Facility:
A huge shout-out to the staff. They weren't just running a business; you could feel their genuine enthusiasm. They were incredibly welcoming, explained everything perfectly, and made sure our entire group felt comfortable and ready. The venue itself is clean, modern, and has a fantastic, futuristic vibe that gets you excited the second you walk in.
Who Should Go?
Honestly, everyone. We went as a group of friends and it was the perfect outing. But I can easily see this being an incredible date night, a unique corporate team-building event, or a fantastic adventure for a family with teens.
Final Verdict:
I know "life-changing" sounds like an exaggeration for an entertainment venue, but it truly jolted me out of the everyday routine and left me feeling energized and inspired. If you're on the fence, please take this review as your sign to go. This is hands-down the most incredible and unique experience our city has to offer. I'm already planning my next trip back. You will not regret it!

Vortex Wellness Studio is truly so incredible. Dan and Steve have created such a beautiful, and welcoming space. The moment you walk in, you begin to feel at ease. The environment is calm, thoughtfully designed, filled with good energy, and absolutely stunning.
Every session is incredible, but my personal go to’s are the Halo Sauna, Infrared Sauna, NuCalm, and the Tune sessions. Each one leaves me feeling a little more recovered, recharged and grounded, all in a different way. And as someone who finds it harder to disconnect and fully relax, Vortex has been a game changer. It’s one of the few places where I have learned to truly unwind, and reset, and always walk out feeling better than when I walked in.
Dan and Steve are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and passionate about what they do. You can feel the care and intention behind everything at Vortex. Highly, highly recommend.
