Vol maids were very transparent about their cost upfront and what to expect. Customer service was on point after my cleaner had GPS issues finding my house and I called them. Very friendly and good job cleaning.

Emily did a wonderful job of cleaning my house. In spite of the fact that it was hella expensive, I would hire her for a semi-annual cleaning. She was professional and very efficient. Five stars for Emily.

I bought cleaning services for my daughter who lives in Maryville TN. When I called to set up an appointment, they were very helpful and made sure what was included in pricing. They were prompt and did and excellent job. I highly recommend. You also receive reminder txt and updates when your cleaner is on the way !

We are so grateful to Ashley with Volunteer Maids for coming through for us to do a “move in” cleaning service at short notice after a different service we had set up completely failed to show up. Kimberly N. did an incredible job making the new-to-us home (but was eft very dusty & dingy by the previous owner) shine and smell so fresh & clean! We also have newly done stained concrete floors that needs a specific type of non-industrial cleaner, which we supplied for that purpose and Kimberly gladly used. We are so thankful for her attention to detail, kindness & care. NOW it can start feeling like home! Business owner Ashley was so helpful and patient with my questions about the service, having never hired someone to do a move-in clean before and not knowing myself what all it entailed. Thank you again, Ashley & Kimberly!

I booked Volunteer Maids for a deep cleaning of my home. I had never used a cleaning service before, so I was unsure of what to expect. Jennifer showed up on time and was incredibly friendly and professional. She did an unbelievable job! My wife, daughter, and I were blown away when we walked in. From top to bottom, it was like we just moved in! She even organized my daughters stuffed animals when she made the bed. I highly recommend this company. Not only did she do an amazing job, the price was the most reasonable in Knox county. I look forward to using them again.
