Very competitive pricin(15£ a cube cheaper than other suppliers at the time we used them for a project in Nottingham, professional delivery staff, and Jo Stacey from Volmix , very helpful and kept us informed all the time. Thank you for your excellent service

Think we have just had some mushing the company. We had 4 equal quarters shuttered up for concrete, so the same volume for each, one came short and my husband and his workmate spent a good couple of hours making some concrete up, then we get a phone call saying because we had 3 loads and less on another we had to pay for the missing amount and he paid it as he doesn’t like to upset people! It’s the company that owed us the money!!! And should put it to put it right. The delivery man was wonderful by the way.

We’re sorry to hear there was some confusion regarding the quantities and payment on this occasion. Having looked into this, it appears there was a misunderstanding between the original volume ordered and the additional 0.5m³ requested on the final delivery, which resulted in the adjustment to the invoice.

We understand how this may have caused frustration, however we’re pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the concrete and the service provided by the delivery driver.

Great service We had 33 square meters of concrete, all delivered through a restricted driveway. All the workers who delivered and used the pump were really helpful and obliging and worked really hard to get the job done. Also ladies on the telephone were efficient friendly. Thank you for making a worrying time so much easier.

An excellent firm to deal with. The staff are very nice and very professional. I’d not ordered bulk concrete before and the lady’s in the office were extremely helpful with it all. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jo in the office provided straight forward quote, booked date and collected payment. Lads arrived on time, set up pump and fully helped us with laying down perfect slab.
