Vivian’s are absolute specialists within Mosman Park - where I’ve purchased my first home They are passionate about the area and properties they are selling to prospective buyers. Having gone through this process with Vivian’s for my first home purchase, they guided, supported and communicated with me the whole way making it streamlined and uncomplicated in a challenging market (I’d been looking relentlessly for up to 5 months). They connected me with a settlement agent, acted on my behalf as well as for their client, the seller, in a mutually beneficial way and celebrated the wins with me in a way that I could be excited rather than daunted of my home ownership and debt that goes with it. Right down to collecting the keys upon completion of settlement, they presented me with a gorgeous basket of goodies to celebrate this achievement. I’d highly recommend the team at Vivian’s - Gill, Lachlan, Trent especially - for anything home and property related and will definitely seek them out if I enter on this journey again. I've recently purchased a property through James Penglis at Vivian's. In all honesty I had high skepticism for realestate agents, especially in this current market but with James it certainly was not what I was expecting. He had a high emphasis on fairness for both the buyer & seller and kept true to everything he said, the entire process from start to finish was exceptional and left me with a different opinion from what I started with. I am definitely team Gill!! If you want a real estate agent who genuinely cares and understands you Gill is the one. When the advertisement for the unit you want says No Dogs, Gill just says we will see about that. No mention of no dogs in the strata so that is the one I purchased. Gill went out of her way to make sure I saw properties that were my style, my price and suited my new lifestyle. I could not recommend Gill and her team more highly.
