Viva Vows is a terrific agency! Because of personnel like Ms. Rachelle who went above and beyond to make it perfect! There was an issue with a delivery agency not delivering the brides bouquet to the brides location however, Ms Rachelle personally handled the situation superbly and ensured a new bouquet was immediately enroute prior to the ceremony. Ms Rachelle personally delivered the bouquet! I recommend this agency 💯%.
