I had a bad virus on my computer affecting my business. Peter from Virtual IT recognised the threat immediately and came out to investigate and told me what to do so it didn’t spread further while he investigated. All in the same day. Peter had utmost respect that the down time was detrimental to our business and worked to get the system up and running as soon as possible, and gave sound advice on cyber security and data backup. UPDATE: I have now been working with VITMS for 6 months and they handle all my IT needs. Peter and the team consistently deliver the best customer service, care and support I have ever received. Peter is a man of incredibly high ethics and integrity and displays professionalism in a way that proves he genuinely cares for his clients. I won’t be going anywhere else! Would give more stars if I could! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter thanks mate 👌
