Simple -- Hire Peter Liss I should have written this long ago. Because I'm so grateful. I hired Peter Liss five years ago after making a massive mistake. I took bad advice from a public defender who told me to plead guilty to something I didn't do. That got me a felony charge that could have destroyed my life. I wasn't guilty. But the public defender said take the plea deal, so I did. Then I was sitting in jail with a felony charge, looking at my life falling apart. Peter came in and fixed it. He got the charge reduced, then expunged. But more than that, he explained something I needed to understand. If I'd hired a private attorney from the beginning, the felony charge would never have been brought in the first place. He was absolutely right. What I remember most is this. While I was incarcerated, Peter came to visit me in person. He spent real time explaining my situation, what he could do, what the path forward looked like. That visit gave me hope when I had absolutely none. I was pretty hopeless when he took my case. In a way, he saved my life. Here's what I'd tell anyone facing charges or any family member of someone facing charges. Do not rely on a public defender if you have any other option. Hire a private attorney from day one. Specifically, hire Peter. He knows the system, he knows the players, and he's in this work for the right reasons. Peter won't let you become another number. He'll fight for the best possible outcome and treat your case like it actually matters. Highly recommended. - JN

Peter is the shit. If you're reading this, stop searching, he is the lawyer you want on your side. He fought HARD for me and achieved an outcome better than I ever thought possible. He truly cares about his clients and fights for YOUR best interest. His team was super reassuring, and they made sure that I had my court date dates, that I was on time, and had all my paperwork, they made sure I was set. If you choose to shop around, just know a lot of people are charging double, easy. Peter's price was worth every cent I can't stress that enough. He worked hard on my case and he'll work hard on yours too!

Peter M. Liss was incredible. I had a really tough felony DUI case, and honestly I didn’t think getting an expungement was possible but he made it happen. DO NOT ever hire Peter as your attorney!! I hired him on my case recently and couldn't regret it more. He continued my case several times and continued to bill me for "work" he was doing. When I couldn't afford to keep paying him, he dumped me to the public defenders who settled my case for what I wanted from the beginning!! Peter will take your money, do no work, and not care about you or your case. He is lazy, uneducated, and unethical!
