We brought home our British Shorthair (blue gold shaded) from Cat Connoisseur 7 months ago, and honestly, it gets better every month. Aloysius spent real time understanding what we were actually looking for, our experience level, lifestyle, what we could handle , before recommending the breed. Not a sales pitch, an actual assessment. Louise is the one to talk to for anything hands-on with the kittens, watching her handle them, you can tell she genuinely reads each one's temperament. And they don't disappear after the sale, there's a running chat group that's stayed active the whole way through, which has been genuinely useful more than once. What's stood out most, the kitten that came home with us that first morning is, character for character, the same cat today, just more so. Healthy, bright-eyed, endlessly affectionate, and he's won over family members who never thought they were "cat people." That consistency says a lot about how these kittens are raised before they ever meet you. If you're on the fence about a first cat, or want a breeder who stays in your corner after you pay, this is the place.

We visited twice before deciding, and getting our kitten from them was the best decision we’ve made. Louise & Aloyseus know their cats — breeds, temperaments, and what each one actually needs. Rather than just selling us a cat, they asked about our home and routine and recommended what would suit our lifestyle. They were responsive and friendly throughout, and their practices are ethical, which mattered a lot to us. Our kitten has been the best thing to happen to us. So much joy and peace in our home since. I’ve already sent friends who admire my cat their way, and I’ll keep doing it.

It's been 3 weeks since we brought home 2 british longhair babies from cat connoisseur. As first time pawrents, Louise and Aloyseus have prepared us well in taking care of the cats during this period. Both of them provided timely check-ins with us on the cats and gave us advice on how to care for them. They've been responsive to all our queries. *Cleanliness* We were impressed at how odor-free and clean cat connoisseur is the moment we stepped in! *Quality of cats* The cats were not only pretty, they were so affectionate, playful and calm when being held. *After sales support* Louise and Aloyseus provided videos on how we can better groom our cats. When we needed a refresher session on handling our cats, they welcomed us back to visit them for a refresher training which was really helpful! We really appreciated the sincerity that both Louise and Aloyseus gave. *Bonus: Photos taking* Aloyseus took many beautiful candid photos of our interaction with our cats when we visited. He shared them with us after we got our cats. Precious memories were captured through photos and we even took a family portrait with our kitties haha! Really appreciated that thoughtful service. Really recommend cat connoisseur to those who are looking for cats!

A heart warming experience. As a first time cat parent, I feel can totally trust Cat Connoisseur ( Louise and Aloysius) in buying their kittens. Their kittens are not caged and are very playful with people. Bought GoGo from them 2 weeks ago and thankful for making the right decision in it. As first time pet owners, we wanted to find a cattery that we can trust and Cat Connoisseur is definitely the one! Aloyseus and Louise was not only very welcoming and patient with us on the day we came to see the batch of kittens, ever since we brought our kitten home, they've also checked in and made sure he was doing well. From how we saw them with the kittens, we knew that they genuinely loved and cared for them, and it showed in the kittens we saw. They were sweet and very loving, affectionate and there was no doubt that it was also due to how they treated them. Before, during and after the whole process, any question that we had, they patiently answered. Any problems we faced, they were always there for us. We couldn't ask for anyone better! We really loved our experience with Cat Connoisseur and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their kitten!

I got my beautiful boys Gabriel and Gavin from Cat Con, and I honestly can’t imagine life without them now. The lovely temperaments of their cats were a key reason I chose Cat Con, and my boys have grown into such affectionate, well-socialised cats and the best of friends. It’s been about 3 months since we brought home the little one from Aloyseus and Louise, and the whole experience has been amazing from start to now. Our little Buzz settled in so quickly — he came already potty‑trained, super adorable, and full of playful energy - a true reflection of the care and expertise they put into their work. He has grown into such a sweet, confident little companion, and we can really see the positive foundation he had from the start. What impressed us even more was Aloyseus and Louise didn’t just hand over Buzz and disappear — they checked in on us regularly, asked how he was adjusting, and offered tips whenever we needed guidance. Their follow‑ups showed how much they genuinely care about the kittens and the families they go to. Both Aloyseus and Louise are friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. We found this cattery completely by chance as a walk-in, but Louise and Aloyseus immediately made us feel welcome. They took the time to understand what we were looking for in a second cat and kept us updated on future litters without ever making us feel pressured. The cattery was clean, well maintained, and the cats were clearly well socialised. We were given plenty of time to interact with each kitten and observe their personalities before making our decision. We eventually brought home Emmy, and she has exceeded all our expectations. We were initially worried about introducing a second cat to our resident cat, but Emmy handled it incredibly well. She seemed to instinctively know when to give him space and when to invite him to play, making the transition much smoother than we had imagined. Today, they spend most nights chasing each other around the house. Looking back, it's clear that the confidence and temperament we saw in Emmy at the cattery have carried through at home. We're so glad we found her here and would happily recommend this cattery to anyone looking for their forever-home kitten!

We truly believe it was fate that led us to Cat Connoisseur. We hadn't made an appointment, but Alloysius kindly allowed us to meet the kittens as they happened to have an available slot. We were just casually browsing for possible members we could add to our family so I dm-ed a few catteries to see if they had any ragdolls available! Cat Connoisseur was very responsive and welcoming and immediately booked us in for a viewing for their new babies. The whole process was well informed, warm and inviting. We couldn’t decide on the day of viewing and Aloyseus and Louise even opened the store an hour before their official opening hours the next day for us to catch a second glimpse and interact with the kitten. We went home with Taiyo eventually and Cat Connoisseur made sure we were well equipped with all the necessities! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for comprehensive services.

We had a really great experience with Aloyseus and Louise from Cat Con! There wasn’t any hard selling at all, and they gave us the time and space to discuss before making our decision. One thing we really liked was that the kittens weren’t kept in cages. They stayed in a spacious room where they could freely run around, climb and play. It was obvious that Aloyseus and Louise truly love the kittens and care about finding them good homes. They also carefully screen the breeders they work with to make sure the kittens are healthy and well cared for. As first-time pawrents, we had lots of questions, and they patiently answered every one of them. Before we collected Dusty, they even brought him to the vet for a health check to make sure everything was okay, which gave us extra peace of mind. When we picked Dusty up, they taught us how to groom him and shared lots of useful tips. They also gave us a starter kit with a litter box, scratch board, toys and some food, which made settling Dusty in much easier. They even recommended a trusted vet and a reliable window mesh vendor, which was really helpful for first-time cat owners. Even after bringing Dusty home, they still keep in touch through a group chat where we can share updates and ask questions whenever we need help. It’s really nice to know they’re always there to support us. Dusty settled into our home almost immediately and he’s such a gentle and lovely boy. Our furniture is still intact, and we’ve had zero toilet accidents! We’re so glad we found Cat Connoisseur. Thank you, Aloyseus and Louise, for making the whole experience so smooth and for helping us welcome Dusty into our family. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a kitten!
