If I could give Vision Flooring 10 stars I would. Every aspect of my experience with Vision Flooring was terrific. As part of my renovations to my condo I wanted to replace all of the flooring with LVP. I went to Vision’s store on Chandler and was immediately assisted by Monica. With her help I picked out the flooring I thought would work within about ten minutes. When she came to my condo to take measurements in order to provide an estimate she brought a sample of the flooring along. It was perfect! And, the pricing for all of the work, including demolition, installation and new baseboards was very reasonable. It beat Floor and Decor by 25%! The installer, Kiley, was unbelievably professional and when he encountered some major issues with the unevenness of my floor on the second level of my unit was very candid with me that the LVP would not work unless all of the sub flooring was removed, joists repaired and new sub flooring installed. With his counsel, I had to make a change in plans and install carpet in the bedrooms instead of LVP. I worked directly with Shane, the owner of the company, to pick out carpet that would coordinate with the LVP and with his assistance, I picked out carpet within five minutes. And, better yet, Shane was able to change out the unused LVP with the carpet for no additional cost! All of the flooring looks so good and the customer service I received from Vision Flooring was phenomenal! I am so glad I worked with Vision Flooring for my project and highly recommend them to anyone looking to install flooring in their home.

We absolutely love our new LVP floors and new carpet. The owners Shane and Geraldine were great to work with and Angelo and the installers were excellent. From start to finish, the process was very smooth. Our job required tear out of old carpet and pads, self leveling in one area of the family room, removing tile in one bathroom, LVP over top of old tile floors throughout except for new pad and carpets in the three bedrooms, and new baseboards.
It’s been seven months since the floors were installed and they still look as new and great as they did Day 1. Thank you, Vision Flooring for my beautiful floors, being easy to work with, and competitive pricing too. Jane and Jerry
P.S. As with any company, review your order before signing and then review all baseboards, boxes, carpet color, etc when delivered. Our only issue was wrong size baseboards were delivered first time. We checked height and caught it as it was being unloaded. They took it back and later that same day delivered the correct baseboards. No worries, mistakes can happen. Find them before install (as with any company you work with).

We had our floor installed by Vision flooring approximately 4 years ago.
We purchased luxury vinyl plank by Pergo. We used Vision Flooring because of their excellent service reviews. We had an issue initially after the installation, but Vision Flooring made the necessary repairs.
Fast forward to a couple of months ago. We noticed we had a chip in our floor. The floor is warrantied against chipping or defects. I contacted Shane at Vision Flooring. He told me he would send out an installer to repair the planks at no charge.
He sent out two of his installers, Jose Leon and his son Anthony. To make a long story short, I was told this was a problem that could not be repaired and the floor needed to be replaced.
I reached out to Shane and he said Vision flooring would take care of the problem. I coordinated with Jen and arranged for the new floor to be installed.
This week, Jose and Anthony arrived and installed all new Pergo Luxury Plank for NO CHARGE. Jose and Anthony did a fantastic job and I would recommend them and Vision flooring for all of your flooring needs.
